This was my first experience staying at a B & B, and it was fantastic! Liz went out of her way to make us comfortable, including preparing delicious breakfasts, treating us to snacks, and indulging us in intelligent, interesting conversation. The scenery was breathtaking - my only complaint is that our stay had to come to an end! More

My niece and I toured Colorado the third week of September to view the Fall colors and stayed at the Wolf Den for the first time. The Den offers exceptional daylight in the home with great views. Liz and James were exemplary hosts with authentic warmth and hospitality. Breakfast was splendid and afterward James dropped us off at a nearby... More

We stayed at A Wolf Den four years ago and had such a great experience we made sure to stay there again when we returned to the West this year. The view, the room, the fresh air, the breakfasts were all first rate. Twin Lakes is an unspoiled mountain paradise in the most beautiful part of Colorado. The hosts, James... More

I went with a couple of friends to the Wolf Den B & B. Liz and James were very kind to me. I am a wheelchair use and their house was not wheelchair accessible. So they gave me their own bedroom to stay at. That was extremely a kind thing to do. I loved everything there the house was gorgeous... More

After reading all the other reviews, it is hard to add anything except to say I will recommend A Wolf Den to all my friends from Maine to Puerto Rico. Not a single detail is overlooked in the inviting atmosphere of this lovely home which Liz and James share with their guests who are treated like family. They could not... More

If you are looking into a stay at A Wolf Den Bed and Breakfast you have likely read the Trip Advisor comments. There is a reason why comment after comment is so effusive. It is a great place to get away. It is off the beaten path. If that is what you are looking for, then this is the right... More

Their home is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the setting is gorgeous, the food was great. From the moment we arrived we... More

My wife and I stayed here for a night, as it was very close to the trailhead I was hiking the morning after the stay. James and Liz were extremely accommodating and provided more than just your basic bed and breakfast experience. James actually helped me in the planning and preparation for my hike as well as helping me tie... More

My son and I stayed here as part of a white water rafting trip. It was excellent! The accommodations were great, the breakfast delicious, and the hosts very warm and genuine people. The view overlooking the Twin Lakes and nearby mountains was spectacular. We couldn't have asked for a more warm and comfortable place to stay and they are very... More

I can't say enough about the great times that we have had while staying with James & Liz at their beautiful home in Twin Lakes, CO. The views are fantastic, the accommodations are everything that you could want, and James and Liz are absolutely first-rate as inn keepers and as people! This has become a regular pilgrimage for us, often... More
