This motel is of the older variety but very clean and well kept. If you just need a place to grab some zzzz's while traveling this fits the bill. Do not expect any extras that the chains might provide ... just a nice clean room. My only issue was the room seemed a little overpriced more

The Budget Host Derrick Motel is, as other reviews have indicated, clean, and the management is very friendly. There are white curtains in the bathroom window, and there was plenty of hot water. The Derrick is also very basic. In our case a queen bed with room to walk around it. Internet available at a small desk in the corner.... more
