Good value. Clean and pleasant. Staff was great. Hotel facility is nice. Food was average, but a little bit expensive. Parking lot needs some lights. Rooms have been updated from when the hotel was built, but not as nice as you might expect. Location is excellent.

Front desk and restaurant employees we met during our 4 day stay were terrific! Hotel itself is fine, no problems. As others have noted, from the outside the hotel looks like either a castle or a prison, not sure which. You can see snow-covered mountain peaks from the restaurant. It's all good.

Very friendly front desk staff. Fantastic complimentary breakfast with made to order omlettes. Clean, comfortable rooms with cozy beds. Very modern and clean eqiupment in the fitness center. LOVE the warm cookies!

Everything is just as it should be, you will not be disappointed. Very clean hotel, very helpful staff and good food at the onsite resturant. The bar is well stocked and the staff is friendly their too. The only thing that bothered me is the slow evelator.

I would highly recommend this hotel due to the excellent care given by the staff of this hotel. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen. Staff was very helpful for presentation I was giving.
