Stayed here in July for a conference. The hotel and Village were very quiet midweek, not much going on. Hotel room and service was nice. However the room was quite warm, apparently no AC since they are at high elevation and nights are generally cool. Parking was expensive, $15/nite or $25 for valet. And they charge a $25 "resort fee"... More

I booked here because I wanted somewhere the dogs could go. When I booked and was told there was no pet restrictions in rooms I was skeptical. Most places we've stayed I have to sign a contract of all the things the dogs won't do! At check in the gentleman at the front, Harry, greeted us warmly. He directed me... More

I've been to the Peaks a number of times and enjoyed the Spa nearly every time I've been there. I love the location and the Spa is always a treat. The only thing missing is that epic bar and restaurant combination to make it really stand out as an Excellent hotel. Granted, I have very high standards for hotels and... More

Awesome hotel for families. Jody at the front desk was great. Got us checked in quickly and she was very sweet to our two kids. Our room was big, clean and had a great view. The pool and spa area are the best in the mountain village. We would definitely stay here again

This was an exquisite location with lots of charm. The old mining town was beautiful with the mountain tops covered in new snow and the waterfalls were flowing like they haven't in a long time. The Peaks is nestled in the hillside with a tram to take you to the quaint town of Telluride. The property was first class and... More

Dated property, terrible service and hospitality, clueless staff, fantastically over-priced. Complete nickle and dime job from the moment you step foot on the property. A room booked at $135/night ended up costing over $200 after resort fees, mandatory valet parking (the Valet's were awful, yelled at us from across the parking lot to leave our keys in the car while... Gigi and Shayla at The Peaks were amazing to work with during the planning process. Our conference is usually around 65 people. So we were budgeting accordingly. When our conference registration increased to 110 people these ladies worked with us to host our best conference yet. They provided us with a great conference room with gorgeous views and great coffee... More

Just got home yesterday- Hotel is in a great location and very nice, but we booked an advertised $164/night room and with all the extra fees it was almost $300 at checkout- for just one night. Between the mandatory valet, "resort fees" which include wifi (which is very spotty), spa (pool usage only), and a business center (which we clearly... More

Beautiful location, great views, quiet, comfortable and great staff. We had a few unengaged front desk staff, but valet, bellmen, etc. were great. Spa staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa, if we don't book services (which seem really, really overpriced like the whole town), is nice but it's not that fancy - just a gender separated large hot... More

We travel to Telluride annually. The Peaks is one of our preferred properties. Can't beat the ski in ski out valet and the great views from the lobby. Have appreciated the consistent service we have had, especially the two long time valets from Eastern Europe, sorry for lack of specificity on their birth origin. Those who park with them know...
