“Luxurious & Rustic all in one!”

My fiancé and I stayed at The Fairmont Heritage Place Franz Klammer Lodge for one week in March, and had an amazing time. Our arrival was a bit bumpy. Our family of 4 (two young kids) met with two other families for a week-long stay in Telluride at the Franz Klammer Lodge. We had a perfect visit. It has been several years since we were able to stay at the Franz Klammer Lodge. It was back in 2002 and 2003 during the summer. Both the area and the Lodge were beautiful, I hope to able to do it again. Great place for our family. more

Last week we vistied the Franz Klammer. It is a resort located in beautiful Mountain Village, Telluride. The area is gorgeous with beautiful mountains and a nice village area. Unfortunately, the author failed to mention several key facts that dramatically influenced her experience at the Lodge. While there is certainly construction in the neighborhood the facts related to her reservation and stay were quite different than that which she choose to communicate.
