Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. It was our first trip to Telluride and we would definitely stay there again. We have a 10 year old son and 13 year old daughter who both enjoyed the cozy restaurant, cider and hot chocolate in the lobby as well as the mountain feel and extremely friendly staff. I had a... After Skiing all day, I went to bed, I felt the springs in the bed. Also, when my partner moved, I also moved. I lifted the mattress pad up and found the mattress was a very cheep mattress. I asked the hotel to put another pad to make it more comfortable. It helped but the problem with movement when my... More

The hotel was very nice but the rooms were small for a family of four. The cookie time every afternoon in the lobby from 4 til 6 was wonderful and I looked forward to it everyday. The lobby also had numberous board games, apple cider, hot chocolate, coffee and a large selection of tea. Overall the hotel was great and... More

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our room, but found it a little small for a family of four with ski stuff. Restaurant was very good (we only enjoyed breakfasts there). Shuttle service to and from the gondola was great. Cookies every afternoon were a big hit with the kids. Happy hour (2 for 1 beer) was a... More

The staff is very freindly. and we never had a worry...they took care of everything we needed. They were helpful before, during, and after our stay. Since it was our first time to Telluride, I had some uncertainty about where to stay and how to get around the area, so I called them, even before I made reservations, and they... More

It may seem silly to put all fives on the review, but this hotel really hit the mark. They really know how to accommodate their skiing/snowboarding guests. There is a free shuttle that runs all day till pretty late, which took us with all our gear right to the gondola or anywhere else we needed to go in town. At... More

It's not on the mountain, but an easy walk into the town plus an ubiquitous shuttle that gets you to and from the lifts any time, made this the perfect place to stay in Telluride. The staff culd not have been friendlier or more helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and (except when the party on the level above... More

The hotel has a very friendly staff. They offer a free shuttle that takes you all over Telluride Village and to the gondola. The rooms are VERY clean. The bed was super comfortable and had awesome heavy blankets. It was so quiet and very restful! They stored our skis for us and had them ready in the morning and dropped... More

This is not a grand resort hote; more of a boutique style and the service was top notch all the way from the time I made reservations through check out. All staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Location is great; just a few blocks from mainstreet; easy walk or available (and free) hotel shuttle service.

very little to dislike about his hotel. Charming, beautiful lobby with seats to have your wine or coffee, good attentive staff, comfortable rooms, location in central Telluride (do NOT stay in ugly Mountain Village), close to airport and ski lifts. Restaurant could use more atmosphere and menu selection.
