I do agree that finding the front desk could be hard since when you walk inot the property it appears you are walking into the enterence to the garge. I booked a room at the Ice House just hours before arriving in Telluride. The front desk clerk was very friendly and negotiated the rate with me (20% off) based on the timing of my visit.
