All I really can said, "One of the BEST place, I've been to rest up from a long trip to South Dakota. Great room and GREAT Service at the front desk and at the breakfast." If you decide to stay for the night. You'll get a great rest, I recommend this Best Western. more

Clean hotel with nice staff in Sterling. After seeing the Ramada Inn down the road I'm so very glad we stayed here. The look of the Ramada creeped us out though the staff at the connected Country Kitchen was nice enough. We stayed in one of the older rooms. I had a chance to look into the newer rooms the... more

We had a very pleasant experience here. I was surprised to find such a large and updated room. It was very clean, and while certainly not luxurious, it was superior to many such small town motels/hotels. The front desk was friendly and effecient. Our room was ready and located on the second floor. We were across from the truck stop,... more

There aren't a lot of places to stay in this area, and I wasn't expecting much when I made our reservation at the Best Western Sundowner Motel. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our room - it was fresh, clean and had all the amenities that we needed. In talking with the front desk clerk I found that... more

I am often skeptical of Best Westerns because the quality can vary so much, but this one was wonderful. The hotel is in the process of renovation, and we were assigned to a newly renovated room on the first floor, very stylishly and beautifully done. Nicely furnished, very comfortable, with firm but very good pillow top beds. Nice continental breakfast... more

I travel in Colorado and surrounding states for work all the time. When in Sterling, I stay here. The Ramada is good too, but I prefer here. This location is more of an oasis compared to Ramada. Overland Trail Museum is across the street and well worth a peek. The best rooms are 100-120 -- these are the rooms I... more

Stayed here on our return trip home from Denver. We loved the clean, large room. Lots of space--coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave were a nice addition. There were two sinks which was a nice touch--one in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom. The shower was nice in that unlike most hotel showers, it had plenty of shelf space. Lots... more

We booked only 1 night at this pleasant hotel in the middle of nowhere while heading West. We were welcomed at check-in with cookies and coffee. The rooms are large and ours had a fridge and microwave although all do not. They were clean. The hotel has 2 pools - 1 indoors and 1 outdoors. The entire property was clean... more

We checked out some of the other motels in Sterling and chose this Best Western. We were happy with our choice and had a great experience here. We stayed here twice- on our way to Rocky Mt. national park and on our way back home to Wisconsin. Don't let the exterior facade fool you, it has a different looking design... more

During a freak May blizzard, I found myself stranded in Sterling, CO. I stayed at the Best Western at the advice of a local resident at a nearby business. I found it to be a nice oasis in the storm. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, which is the most important thing. The only aspect... more
