This place is good enough with a clean room, free breakfast, obviously safe in this city, comfortable bed and easy access to the area. The room was large with a nice bathroom, fireplace and chairs. It's very easy to miss this place upon arriving into town. The entrance is well before the actual hotel and not very good sinage. The... More

Dirty floors, tired hotel and not very convenient on the outskirts of town. Even though there is a shuttle stop, it is at the end of a long drive way. Also there were about 15 people who came down for breakfast at 9:20 a.m. (breakfast ends at 10), they said they were out of everything even though the place was... More

We stayed one night. Outskirts of town but short drive to downtown. Room was quiet and very comfortable, but not very dark. The heavier drapes did not close over the window. Staff friendly and breakfast was quite decent. Price was probably average for the area and accommodation. Closer to downtown will probably be noisier with train tracks and roads. I... More

Great family oriented hotel and good location. At the beginning of town, a short car ride from downtown or you can take the free town shuttle in the parking lot. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Rooms average Fairfield type, clean and sufficient. Swimming pool and spa were good and the breakfast was good too.

This property works just fine if looking for a modest stay with a modest location with normal staff service. Nothing great here but also nothing bad. Just a average night on the road in the great town of Steamboat. If you are an early riser beware of the bear who frequents the dumpster out back.

Situated at far end of town, but an easy drive, property charges more for King than double queen and makes no exception for loyal rewards members despite not being full. We were told pets were not allowed on 3rd floor but the man in the room next to us had a barking dog. Informed front desk but no action taken.... More

We stayed for one night in room #214 while on a Colorado road trip. The property was well-maintained, clean and bright. The desk clerks at check-in and check-out were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean with plenty of space. The bathroom was separate from the rest of the room. The king bed was very comfortable and the flat screen... More

There was a bath tub in our living room. The tv remote was really glitchy. I would hit my head on the lamp near the table because it's about 5 ft off the ground. I would not recommend this place to stay at. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location.. Everything else seems to be very affluent.... More

This is a tired, previous generation Fairfield with a disinterested front desk staff, worn out furnishings, and......it allows pets! Check your rear end after you sit down, 'cause they don't vacuum the chairs. Believe not the Tripadvisor award.

Room was very small and the bed was not up to Marriott standards. Uncomfortable mattress and bedding. Towels thin and worn. Hotel location was on the highway outside of town and the mountain ski village as well. We noticed a small resort charge on the final bill which we were not aware before booking. This isn't a resort but they... More
