I last stayed here 2 years ago, the rooms are still clean and the beds are still good to sleep on. I had gotten it the habit of leaving home at 1:30 - 2:00 AM when meeting loads at the Texas border, I decided to come down here to be within 75 miles instead of starting 300 out for day.... More

I don't stay at cheap motels ever but due to unfortunate circumstances I was stuck in Springfield. The Motel was very clean. Bathroom was brand new and clean. The water broke and a pipe in the room below us so we lost water pressure but the manager was very polite and informed us what was going on. If you're stuck... More

I had the unfortunate experience of being stuck in Springfield, CO for one night and decided to stay at this motel. The room wasn't too bad except for the window air conditioner mounted over the bed that made it impossible to sleep while it was running. The worst part about my stay is I forgot to unplug my cell phone... More

Gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was imaculately clean and the whole property, although older, is well kept and maintained. Didn't look like there was much to do in Springfiled but, it's a nice, laid back, friendly town. I'll try to make Springfield and the Starlight Motel a stop in future trips.

Well considering there is really no where else to stay for miles it wasn't too bad. The man at the desk was nice. There wasn't any wifi.... But then again I don't think any motel in this town has wifi. The room was clean, but the bath tub was disgusting. Hopefully we won't get stuck in that town again.

We stayed here July 1, 2012. The owner was VERY friendly, which just added to our much-enjoyedovernight stay. Although this facility is aged, the exterior & interior have been VERY WELL maintained! It is super-clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. On a side note: the next morning down in the office getting coffee, I noticed within their antique decorating... More

Stayed here on our way from Texas to yellowstone park. The town although small, is very quaint. This motel is locted right on the main street through town. The rooms were a bit dated, but very clean and well maintained. No pool or other amenities but For The $58/night it was a good deal. It is very close to the public... More

The staff is warm and professional. For an older hotel, it is clean and the linens and towels were fresh and crisp. It is along Hwy 287 in the middle of town so a great place to lay your head while you are on a long road trip. The friendliness of this family owned business was a breath of fresh... More

I have stayed in the Starlight on three separate occasions, and consistently found it affordable, clean, friendly, and cozy. I've never left this hotel without great advice and tips on nearby sightseeing. I'd recommend it to anyone passing through this lonely corner of the state.
