We stayed at the Westin Snowmass for the Aspen Valley Marathon in July. The resort was extremely crowded (I was surprised for the summer). The front desk staff moved through the check-ins quickly, only to find a hiccup in their system--the housekeeping staff was not keeping up. It was close to 4 p.m. (check-in time), and housekeeping had not completed... More

Very nice hotel in a great mountain location. Ski in ski out. Friendly service and rooms well equipped and clean. Full service ski concierge. Complimentary round trip shuttle to/from Aspen Airport. Great place to stay! Would definitely stay again.

I visited this hotel in the summer. It seems like they were waiting for ski season to "really open". The restaurant in the hotel was closed and only a few other restaurants were open in the village. The room was nice, but we had been promised a balcony with a view and we got a small grassy patio with no... More

The Westin simply has seen more glorious days. The living space was more than adequate but one had to traverse the planet (slight exaggeration) to get there. We were in the older section of the resort and there is no direct way to get to our room. The hallways are a bit shabby. The pool and spa are outside and... More

The Westin Hotel at Snowmass is an excellent choice when visiting Aspen in summer, even better in ski season when you can ski in, ski out, almost from your room. We were there in July, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the ski options, but we did see deer in the meadow outside our room each morning —... More

Perfectly nestled in Upper Snowmass Villiage. Very affordable at $116/night. The room was clean and update, with all the amenities expected of a Westin Hotel. The bed was glorious after a long 17-mile hike. The open lobby and bar were inviting and stylish. The staff were friendly, curtious, and helpful ... Extra Starbucks coffee in the room was a small... Not too shabby. The rooms were clean, updated, and quiet. There was nothing outstanding about the hotel but it was a good stay. Although the hallways are more specially disorienting than Kubrick's Overlook. The hotel is attached to the village which is full of shops and restaurants. I enjoyed walking around but of course there are resort fees and all... More

This hotel is not up to the Westin standards and has several issues that need to be addressed: 1. The hallways and common areas are disgusting, large black stains on all the light carpeting throughout all the hallways. Ventilation system is caked with dust/dirt inside and outside of the rooms. 2. Rooms are not near the size they are reported... More

Westin bought this property a few years ago and refurbished it so that on the inside it looks like a new hotel. Our room was modern with a European look and very comfortable. This is a large spread out property so suggest looking at the layout when booking a reservation as some sections are quite far from the lobby. However,... More

We stayed here because it was $115 a night instead if $400 in Aspen. The beds were so comfortable and the shower heaven. The only minus is that management needs to replace the stained and worn carpet. I could see threads at some places. Great stay otherwise and would stay again. Nice bar and location on the mountain!
