I checked in to discover that my room was not air conditioned. The curtains were open and window closed. It was 84 degrees in the room. I opened the windows. The room was located above the lobby entrance. So all night I could hear every conversation, every bus, every arrival and departure, and every drunken argument of folks leaving the... More

Dear Guest, I was happy to hear that you were pleased with your service at our restaurant,The Artisan, but wanted to apologize regarding the issues you encountered with your guest rooms. Our goal is to exceed our guest's expectations and obviously we failed to do so. I thoroughly investigated the challenges you encountered so that we can learn from our... More

This was our first time hiking Maroon Bells and visiting Snowmass Village. The hotel was wonderful. We had purchased a Livingsocial deal that made this hotel stay with an amazing breakfast a great bargain. The staff was very helpful and friendly, amenities great, location within walking distance to gondola and shops...would definitely recommend the Stonebridge Inn.

Stayed here after a quick weekend running around all over Colorado. Hiked the Hanging Lake trail (DO IT!) in Glenwood Canyon, then drove over to Snowmass Village to stay at the Stonebridge Inn. So glad we did! Checked in just in time for dinner, which we took on the patio overlooking the pool area and a little, bubbling creek that... More

Stayed for a couple of nights during the summer while we did some hiking. Pleasant rooms in a convenient location to Snowmass Village. The rooms were nicely appointed, but a little small. The Artisan restaurant had very good food and courteous staff.

This places mostly does the job, and is relatively good value for the area, but could be much more with little effort. We are aggressive value seekers, and also seekers of quality, which has kept us from this area though we are long-time residents of Colorado. Colorado is highly seasonal in its values - and we typically surf such values... More

It's a decent hotel with a lovely restaurant. I attended for an annual conference and didn't plan to ski this time. You can't ski out directly from this hotel. Instead, over the past dozen years that I've stayed at Snowmass, I've preferred to stay at the Interlude for a direct ski-out from your own balcony. Stonebridge is further down the... More

I stayed here recently while visiting clients in Snowmass/Aspen Colorado and found the rooms clean & the food good! The free local transportation & close proximity to Skiing were all a plus too!! Its NOT super "Ritz Carlton" luxury but very comfortable and gets 4 stars in my book.

OK, if you have to ask what it costs you probably don't belong in Snowmass..BUT good heavens, F & B is expensive here. And the internet is powered by a hamster #)#(@(... SLOW! But the rooms were great, quiet, beds were comfy, the hot tub(s) are nice. The staff with one exception*, was really friendly and helpful. And the breakfast... More

While modest compared to big name hotels, I enjoyed the friendly staff, the cozy atmosphere, excellent food, the spa facilities, the convenience of its location. I didn't feel lost in the crowd. The bar magician was enjoyed as much by the adults as the children. I will return!
