The setting is beautiful. The actual room is VERY dated. There is no central HEAT! It is a wood burning fireplace, which is nice for the first 30 minutes--but of course--til you have to keep putting logs on the fire for more heat in the room!! The only humidifier in the room did not work. All else was very clean... More

We were in unit #21, it is older, but very comfortable. It was a "studio deluxe", it had an accordian door which went wall to wall and floor to ceiling to separate the bedroom from the living room. It was one of the less updated units, but we knew that going in and it didn't bother us. We really liked... More

The great skiing and welcoming ambiance of Snowmass Mountain brought us back. After a near perfect experience in Lichenhearth Condo #27 two years ago, we again had a very delightful stay. The accommodations continue the be very comfortable, stylish and well maintained. Extras like covered parking, heated bathroom floors and ample storage were much appreciated. Flash...heard that elevators and building... More

Don't let the looks from the outside keep you away from these units. The exterior looks old which it is, however the units are individually owned , my wife and I stayed in unit 16 and we were very pleased and would stay again. The master bath would put any 5 star hotel to shame, the walk in shower and... More

Lichenhearth Condos are old. At least the building we stayed in was. Nice location, only steps from the lift and the ski class meeting place... Tree House. This is probably the least expensive lodging in Snowmass, so one can't expect luxury. We had one room with the bedroom separated by a curtain of sorts. Wood burning fireplace with lots of... More

We stayed in Condo 5 for a weekend at the end of September to do some hiking in the area. The condo complex is a little old, but the condo was well maintained and clean. There was a porch with a nice view and the living room was huge! The pool and hot tub looked nice, but closed at 9... More

We stayed for 2 nights in a silver level condo. Apparently this means the unit has been updated but not as much as a gold condo but more than a bronze condo. The one bedroom unit was very clean, quiet and very relaxing. We would definitely return here and likely will when in the area again. We had the pool... More

Unit 16,, well stocked with everything you would need,,, our unit was a little on the warm side,, maybe a ceiling fan in living room and bedroom would help since we are from the Florida panhandle,we are use to those A/C things that are rare out here. The bathroom , shower, hot tub were amazing ,,, the bed was a little... My 11-year old son and I just stayed here and were very happy. It's not as updated as other condos around us such as Capitol Peak, but it's clean, bright, quiet. It has all the amenities you need (washer/dryer, hair dryer/ iron/board, kitchen with everything, balcony, fireplace with wood, pool/hot tub, large screen tv's, maid service etc. You can walk... We stayed in a one bedroom condo, and the location is truly the best part of this place. I've stayed in numerous places in Snowmass, and this by far is my favorite place at this point. Right at the base of Fanny Hill - it's ski-in for sure (you can ski to your backdoor, if you have a unit with... More
