I was surprised at the reasonable cost and how clean it was. It was fun to have a place to stay while I explored this quaint little town. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Not fancy, but everything worked just fine!

We so enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean, roomy and in a great location to walk through the town to all of the shops. We wished we could have stayed longer but we had to head home early due to the flooding rains that hit Colorado during this time. Love this town.

During my stay in Silverton, Co I had to stay at two different hotels. This hotel I believe has the lowest rates. No fridge, Micro. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. Hotel is located in the center of town.

for the area the price is good, location is great, very basic room no phones, older motel very friendly owner, not the quietest, but for one night stay it will definitely do. the best part was it was within walking distance of all the stops shops and restaurants! its kinda like stepping back in time!

This is probably the cheapest place to stay in Silverton -- I think I paid $50+tax during peak aspen season. And while the accommodations are bare-bones, there's nothing wrong with the place. The bed is a little old, the TV was small and reception was spotty and the bathroom was what I'd call "old school", but the property is well... More

this motel is extremely barebones- no microwave or fridge in room, no ice machine, no desk lamp for reading. lighting was dim. but the room was clean, 40 cable tv channels, heat was good. the walls are thin and you can hear traffic and plumbing noise, but at night it was rather quiet. owner is friendly and helpful. if you... I was here with my boyfriend in June 2012 and we were satisfied. Room wasn't the newest but clean and comfortable, air conditioning worked. Owner was very friendly and helped with everything. We can recommend it.

The pros: the price was much less than the competition, the rooms were clean, the WiFi was excellent, good location (but since Silverton is small, there are not too many bad locations), & the owner is very nice & helpful. The cons: the bed visibly sagged & was not very comfortable, no toiletries except for soap, no clock in room... More

This is a great place to stay. The price may be budget but the heart of the guy that runs it, Andy is as wide as the Grand Canyon. He looks after you, helps you to find a place to eat and offers you great service. And not in a salesman like way but as a genuine guy. Better than... More
