We stayed in SR309...a very nice townhome with a private hot tub on the deck. The home was nicely equipped with quality appliances and was also nicely decorated. The 3 level arrangement for this home makes it feel surprisingly roomy but beware of the two sets of stairs (up and down from the main level) required to move about. We were able to score a nice discount on our reservation due to a promotion Wildernest was running. The reservation person I spoke with and emailed with was superb- she should win a customer service award. However, the individual who handled our check in was at the opposite end- short, disinterested, and rude. This is a nice unit, but note- it is NOT secluded nor private and the main road going up and down the hillside runs right next to the unit. We did not find this to be a problem but others might. Also, this townhome is literally one of hundreds located in this complex, and the altitude of this unit (according to our gps) was 9,530'. more
