The hotel is new. That says it all. The rooms are very pleasant and clean. The hotel doesn't advertise its location much. Yes, it's just off the highway. But the hotel borders the Colorado River. A nice new property on I-70 - badly needed in this area of outrageous rates for average rooms. New flat LG television. Shower only - no tub. Bed was too hard for me and the bath fixtures were poorly designed. No smooth transition from hot to cold. Nice breakfast. We would return more

This hotel is brand new and backs up to the Colorado River. The decor is modern and very nice. The staff is wonderful. I just sat at the window and watched the river flow by with a view a of snow covered mountain peaks in the background and completely relaxed after driving most of the day. more

This is a brand new Holiday Inn Express-the rooms are very nicely decorated, roomy with a flat screen tv, microwave and refrigerator (no freezer in fridge).
