The owner was friendly and obviously proud of his motel. Overall, the room was fine and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that there were no cups in the room; which I found odd. Days Inn has never been our first choice. But this one is different. It's very clean. The owners are sooo friendly. The decor and landscaping has a touch of Europe.Would we stay there again? Absolutely! more

We loved staying here. This hotel is conveniently located 20 minutes from Monarch Mountain Ski slopes, and it's FAR better than the Monarch Mountain Lodge that's much closer to it. Great service, fantastic rates, good breakfast (fresh eggs, we saw the chickens outside!), confortable beds, etc. It's not a luxury hotel, by any stretch, but perfect for the passer-by. more

The motel is clean..lots of pillows..quite and they actually like Dogs...not a bad little breakfast in the morning...We stay in a lot of different little motels in Colorado for skiing and this is probaly one of the better value stays we've had...nice hot tub outside more

I stayed during president's day weekend with my youth group, and it was a great place to stay. When I think of Days Inn I don't think of a place any where near as nice as this one. Wonderful lobby, great breakfast, and very nice rooms...some even have granite bathroom counters! And, the owners are wonderful!! more

Stayed here the night before a ski trip to Monarch. Nice hotel, clean, quiet, and friendly. Second time staying here with zero problems. Free internet! Decent breakfast in the AM too. on arrival we were instructed to park in the back and use the outside stairs- what a job to lug our "stuff" up those steep, outside stairs- didn't appear there was anyone else staying there, though there were a few vehicles outside the next morning-makes you nervous to think you might be the only ones there! decided it was easier... more
