During a blizzard in Colorado we were "forced" to stay in Ridgway. What a charming town. The hotel we stayed was the Ridgway Lodge and Suites. The room was 2 queens with a mini fridge. The wifi was free, and there was a continental breakfast. Nancy and Judy couldn't have been nicer. The beds were good, but I would have... More

Stayed one night on a Sunday. The Lodge was quiet, clean and the front desk person was very friendly. Can't beat the price! The bathroom seemed to be updated fairly recently and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only negative was not the Lodge, but a lot of the restaurants and shops were closed at this time of... More

We recently spent five days at the Lodge in Ridgeway. We were here a few years ago and I will definately stay here again. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Nancy was especially helpful with information about the area. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable and all one needs for a good nights sleep.... More

Motel is on 550 with the town across the way. Very friendly staff. We were traveling with a dog and they gave us a room near the exit door. We didn't use the pool but could see it from the breakfast room. It was large with a large sitting area as well. Mountain and pasture views. Breakfast was basic as... More

During a recent trip, I stayed at the Ridgway Lodge one night before going into the mountains and three nights after coming out of the mountains. Discounting the gorgeous scenery, the hotel's front desk staff and housekeeping were simply AWESOME. The entire hotel looks and smells clean, including the pool, breakfast, exercise and laundry areas, which were all immaculate and... More

My husband and I stayed here three nights while on a two day fall bird count. I have absolutely no complaints about the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean. I will stay here again. One bit of advice, if there is a man at the desk in the morning don't ask to change the channel... More

Very high priced for what you get. Wish we would have paid an extra $25 and stayed in a nice bed & breakfast. The room smelled moldy and we could hear the conversation in the next room at 5am. Don't be fooled by the breakfast...great if you like toast and dry cereal. Not impressed.

Nothing special just the basics but clean with accommodating staff. Beds and pillows comfortable (got extra pillows) but rate bit high for what it is. Can open windows for fresh mountain air but traffic will be noticeable on Hwy 550 but becomes less at night. Nice for the area. Great staff.

While the back of this hotel can be seen from Hwy 550, it is remarkably quiet and located in an area of small businesses with lawns. Excellent places to walk your dogs, which are welcome at The Lodge. The lobby is appropriate for a Colorado lodge and the swimming pool appears impeccably clean, surrounded by large potted growing plants. There... More

We've been coming to this hotel for some 15 years when, as I remember, it was a Super 8. It's the only motel in town and we've found it a pleasant stay, even more do since it's become the Ridgway Lodge. The room is comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. They recently built a deck off one end... More
