Very high priced for what you get. Wish we would have paid an extra $25 and stayed in a nice bed & breakfast. The room smelled moldy and we could hear the conversation in the next room at 5am. Don't be fooled by the breakfast...great if you like toast and dry cereal. Not impressed.

Nothing special just the basics but clean with accommodating staff. Beds and pillows comfortable (got extra pillows) but rate bit high for what it is. Can open windows for fresh mountain air but traffic will be noticeable on Hwy 550 but becomes less at night. Nice for the area. Great staff.

While the back of this hotel can be seen from Hwy 550, it is remarkably quiet and located in an area of small businesses with lawns. Excellent places to walk your dogs, which are welcome at The Lodge. The lobby is appropriate for a Colorado lodge and the swimming pool appears impeccably clean, surrounded by large potted growing plants. There... More

We've been coming to this hotel for some 15 years when, as I remember, it was a Super 8. It's the only motel in town and we've found it a pleasant stay, even more do since it's become the Ridgway Lodge. The room is comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. They recently built a deck off one end... More

There is someone at the front desk 24 hours in case you arrive late like we did. Staff was helpful with out stuff. Just ask. Breakfast is ok. Cereal, toast and pastries. Pool and hot tub are decent. I have stayed here for business and pleasure and both times the rooms were sufficient. Includes a fridge and microwave.

I didn't expect much from this hotel when I first arrived but I was only in town for the " Wine and Whiskers" fashion show fundraiser. I was impressed with the cleanliness and hospitality! The staff was more than accommodating! When I found my dress was in need of a last minute repair the front desk attendant sewed it! Really?!... More

This hotel is okay - good thing since it's the only hotel in Ridgway. The rates are good and the rooms are large and clean and there's plenty of parking. Our room had a MW and fridge, coffeemaker, TV and hairdryer. Wi-fi was okay. Bathroom is a bit small with not a lot of counter space. Coffee, tea and hot... More

I'm sorry to have to write this negative review. I have been staying at this hotel for over ten years while doing photography in southwestern Colorado. This visit I was there over a week. Internet service was nonexistent to erratic. When I pointed this out to the front desk they told me how everybody in town was having trouble with... More

Nice sized standard King room with all the basic amenities available in most of the older motels/hotels (standard tube TV, small microwave, mini frig, small bottles of shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, body soaps). Only two Cons: 1. The spring mattress was a tad uncomfortable with areas of the bed slightly more worn than others, making it awkward at first to find... More

After spending the day on the Million Dollar Highway, spent the night here. Was a little concerned when literally no other guests were there when we arrived late afternoon, but it filled in a bit with a couple other families and some friendly bikers. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool while my wife and I enjoyed the hot tub. Room was... More
