This hotel is run by a friendly and efficient staff. It was a great find for us, because we wanted to stay in the Ouray area, but didn't want to pay the high prices. It is just minutes down the road from Ouray, and the little town of Ridgway offered a nice evening of dinner and strolling around. The hotel... More

There was a problem with our room being double-booked, but it all worked out in the end. The staff was very good to us. The room was good for this price point. the free breakfast was not bad, what you would expect with no problems on our visit. I am a little iffy about their use of regular keys rather... More

There's no denying the hotel is a little dated but it's comfortable & clean & the staff are helpful & friendly. The indoor pool entertained the kids in our group for hours. The breakfast room is handy & free. Great location as a stopping off point.

Very disappointed in their inability to get our reservations correct. We had eight people that individually reserved six rooms. Half of the rooms our group reserved were wrong!! Apparently additional training is needed. Be sure to ask for a email confirmation so you have something IN WRITING from the hotel stating that you actually have a room reserved. Even with... More

Room is good. Setting is spectacular. Breakfast is a sweetroll wrapped in cellophane. We've used it for two years as a stopover before the Bluegrass festival. It's a bit too far for a daily commute, but it saved us one night of Telluride prices each time. Nice array of restaurants in town (about a 6-block walk).

We had a room with a king size bed which left room for a table and two chairs which we enjoyed. Ask for a room facing the parking lot since on the other side is a busy road. Breakfast was simple but fine.

We used this lodging while attending the Bluegrass Festival in Telluride. It was a 30-45 minute drive but the price of a room made it worth the trip over there. The room was small especially bath and dressing area but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was minimal but sufficient. Hotel is two level and no elevator so request first floor if... More

We originally booked this hotel through an online booking agency, well in advance of our arrival. About a week before leaving for the wedding in Ridgway (and before the cancellation date,) we checked the rate being offered directly from the hotel. We had multiple nights and multiple rooms. The direct rates were cheaper and we restructured our booking directly with... More

During a blizzard in Colorado we were "forced" to stay in Ridgway. What a charming town. The hotel we stayed was the Ridgway Lodge and Suites. The room was 2 queens with a mini fridge. The wifi was free, and there was a continental breakfast. Nancy and Judy couldn't have been nicer. The beds were good, but I would have... More
