Let me start by saying that Redstone is one of the most beautiful little communities around. This is an amazing place to disconnect for a few days and enjoy what mother nature has given us. My husband and I just got married in Redstone at the Crystal Club a couple of weeks ago. Most all of our guest stayed at... More

I booked this lodge for my family while in town for a wedding. The Redstone Inn was full and our family staying there wanted to hang out with us along side the river and said our rooms were nicer than theirs at the Redstone, a historic property down the road. I was warmly received at check-in by Jonathon. We had... More

If the thought of being incommunicado for a few days gives you a case of the fantods, skip this place and leave it to those of us who appreciate the quiet serenity and beauty of this small one street town. But if the idea of not being bothered with annoying cell phone calls and emails appeals to you, you've found... More

We were in town for my son's wedding (which management was aware) along with friends and family and had booked most of the rooms in this hotel, the location is good, and Redstone is beautiful, the hotel is fair, but the new owner managed to take some of the fun out of the occasion. We had a rehearsal dinner and... More

I must preface that i generally detest these types of sites because they can be unfair in that anyone with a bad attitude can say something nasty and its taken as the truth. I am neither nasty nor do I have a bad attitude. Starkly to the contrary the new owner of the Cliffs lodge has a authoritarian complex about... More

Redstone CO is a revived version of the remnants of a hidden mining town near Glenwood Springs, CO. The Cliffs Lodge was clean and serene, located on the banks of the pristine Crystal River. Go to this little slice of heaven soon, before the rest of the world finds out about it. Cliffs was reasonbly priced, private and equipped with... More

We stayed here two nights on a fall color trip and really loved the location. Redstone is a charming and unique mountain town, population 92 according to the sign. We really loved sitting in the outdoor hot tub next to the river gazing at the beautiful scenery all around. The fire pit and chairs nearby were a nice feature too. We... More

We stopped here for one night and we wished we had planned to stay in this area longer. The lodge was very clean and comfortable - simple, but nice. We slept in a room with a queen bed and futon for our kids. We slept very comfortably. The setting on the river with the hot tub was great, and they... More

Ok, I realize that it's in the beautiful, rugged redstone cliffs and Crystal River. Yes, the geography is breathtaking. But our room definitely needed some work to add to the comfort of our stay. First, the bed was uncomfortable, second the futon was not the best for our friend to sleep on. It was old and you could feel the... More

We stayed here not too long ago, from the outside (or the front at least) it does not appear to be anything special. With its proximity to Aspen, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs, it's room's are a little pricier than one would expect from the overall look of the place. But when it comes to location its hard to beat this place.... More
