We were not looking for much. Just a quiet clean room with breakfast and a pool. Got the free breakfast but the pool was terrible. Tile is peeling and it was freezing. Front desk was not friendly. Walls are paper thin. Room is run down. Do not waste your money here. Worst hotel I have ever been too.

What can I say... As a traveling salesman this place does well for me for the exception of a few things. If you stay on the south side of the complex and need to get some ice, put on your hiking shoes. The ice machine is way over on the other side of the building, but if you go to... More

Arrived around 2 am. We booked through a third party so my husband asked if it was one bed or two and was told by the attendant that "he didn't know". And apparently he didnt know how or was too lazy to look it up. Beds and pillows were ok. However we did find hairs on the comforter that did... More

Very clean, freshly painted interior, wonderful staff, comfortable beds, nice enclosed pool and hot tub area, clean gym, restaurants are easily accessible, bar on site with a pool table. We had a large group and used 6 rooms. The only problem we had was the ice machines didn't appear to work on the downstairs level and we were not able... More

Clean, comfortable beds, decent rooms (though the a/c was a little loud), with a surprisingly excellent breakfast. A little dingy on the outside, and definitely showing signs of age, but for the price, really pretty decent. Right off the highway in a fine area, with a Starbucks only a mile away. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel has comfortable beds, tons of channels on the tv, fridge and microwave in most rooms and a very nice pool and hot tub. True it is older but we'll kept. Could probably stand to be remodled to keep the 3 star rating on travel advisor (priceline rates it as a 2 star) The fitness center is ok. Equipment... More

I travel considerably for the company I work for, and as such, am exposed to many motels across the country. I have stayed at the Clarion Inn in Pueblo, CO going on 16 years. I've seen personnel come and go during this time, some retiring while others pursue other avenues. This past year has seen a change in management. Current... More

We requested a refrigerator for our stay, it was not provided. The associate, Sarah, was very rude on multiple occasions. We were told a manager would call us the next morning, but we never received a call. We went down to get the business card for the general manager and they had been removed. Sarah would only provide the name,... More

My room smelled like cigarette smoke. There were air fresheners clipped to the heating/cooling unit. Neither the cigarette smell or the air freshener smell were appealing. I went to the fitness center to workout, but was unable to stay in there as the odor was also putrid. It smelled of mildew and rancid sweat. The hot tub was not hot.... More
