The staff was extremely friendly and helpful starting with the front desk. We were treated with respect from the time we stepped into the lobby entrance and experienced the same demeanor through the time we checked out. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We found the lounge a great place to unwind for a short while after a... more

I arrived late at night after a long day of traveling and was very tired and had not made a prior reservation. When i arrived the front desk employee (Brenda) was extremely helpful and accommodating. Her service and friendly attitude will most certainly make the Clarion my stop of choice in Pueblo. ---Dave more

On a trip from Denver Colorado, we experienced car trouble just outside of Colorado Springs. Using "bubble-gum and duct tape" techniques, we got the car operable enough to make it to the next major town, which was Pueblo. The first highly visible hotel was the Ramada. We walked into the lobby, late in the evening, and they were able to... more

The Clarion Hotel in Pueblo, Colorado From the minute I walked in, to the minute I checked out, I felt like I was part of a very big family. I was treated so well at this hotel. Mandy, at the front desk was so very kind and courteous. All of general needs were met immediately. My room was very clean,and... more

We booked 29 rooms over a 12 day period for the Colorado State Fair in 2009. These rooms were never booked by their sales manager. When we arrived at the hotel they put us into rooms that were “under construction” because they had mistakenly sold them. This did not happen only once but 5 out of our 12 night stay... more

This hotel was horrible. We had a bank of rooms that had been reserved for months in advance (4-H group for State Fair) and when we arrived after 3:00pm they did not honor the rooms we had reserved and so we were put in a back unattached section actually called by another hotel name. This caused severe inconvenience for myself... more

We apologize for the confusion. When you check in, your credit card is swiped for authorization. Upon check out, the same amount is posted against the authorization. Our records on the folion only show one charge, the other on your bank statement is an authorization. If you find any difference, please feel free to contact me. As to the room...

We booked a room approximately one month in advance; two adults and one teen. The fateful evening arrived; we checked in and lugged our baggage to the second floor room. Upon entering we were greeted by an industrial fan in the middle of the floor blowing very humid air. We carried all the bags down to the car, drove back... more

I have stayed at this hotel at least twice a month this year, and several months each year over the last 2 years. Originally they were the Pueblo Hotel and Conference center and even DURING the construction they had a high level of service and quality to the guests. Now that all the renovations are done, they have a high... more

It's 4 am. Why am I writing review instead of sleeping you may wonder? Me and my family are staying here on business and because the hotel is booked for so long with our company we have a discounted rate of $49.00 plus tax. Now, I will say for a corporate rate, it's average. I've stayed nicer places for less,... more

I talked with the guest the following morning. Unfortunately, the AC froze up that night. Guest was offered another room but did not want to move due to amount of baggage. Auditors corrected and one terminated due to lack of customer service. guest compensated for nights stay. we believe in ultimate customer service.
