The room they gave us smelled VERY strongly of poop. The room was not very clean, ceiling was rotting, the bedspread was torn. When we asked for a different room, they gave my husband a can of extra-strength air freshener and said they had no other rooms. We decided to leave and find another hotel, and then another guest "cancelled"... More

I was looking for a budget priced hotel within walking distance of downtown attractions and found it! Room was clean, staff very helpful, and it met our needs. We could walk to all the downtown area attractions. My only complaint was the wifi. It was free as advertised, but couldn't connect in our room. I found out by accident that... More

Rooms were damp and smelly, stiff beds, loud, residential hotel. We had a car with a roof top carrier that we did not feel safe leaving out. Nice Staff, not a safe hotel. We checked in and asked to see some other rooms because of the smell of animals, urine and damp. Two rooms had been renovated they said, but... More

Worth the weekly rate. They allow pets. Not a very good part of town. Quite a few homeless people sort of hang out around property. Japanese food right next door very close to Riverwalk. Every day something was broken or there were difficultys but the staff was very helpful and nice so you could deal with things not being perfect.... More

Room was very nice and spacious. It had a fresh clean smell. Shower and TV worked fine. Checkin again they couldn't find reservation, I offered a printout but the guy kept looking for it. He finally found it in June as someone had input it wrong. They didn't have what I ordered but they quickly went to work and prep'd... More

Was in Pueblo for business for a week and needed an economical motel/hotel with wifi. Found the Sante Fe Inn on the internet. When you first pull up it might look a bit run down, but once you get into the parking area you can see an expansive property that isn't bad at all. Compared to three or four other... More

My friend made us reservations here for a hockey tournament. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, but it is very old and dated. The wallpaper was peeling and patched (very noticeably) the decor is not pretty but adequate. The bed was not incredibly comfy, but adequate. The room was warm, so we turned on the fan and slept well.... More

Great staff! Excellent value! Quiet, well maintained property. We are 'semi-permanent' residents (been here about 6 weeks, so far) We travel all over the country in our work, and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Tried a couple other places in Pueblo, and this tops them all! Thank you Melissa, Edward, and staff for making us... More

We had booked a room at the Comfort Inn. That was a BIG MISTAKE! The Comfort Inn was run-down, shabby, dirty, rudely-staffed and overpriced. The Santa Fe Inn was WONDERFUL! Clean, helpful staff, great location and great price! We will stay here whenever we are in Pueblo!

We'd survived cycling through the Great Plains in summer and needed some city R&R. I found this one on the trusty Android and I called to make reserves. We ended up staying three nights. Free laundry! Here's the thing: There are some permanent residents but they were harmlessly curious and friendly. There seemed to be a lot of Hispanic folks... More
