This motel has gorgeous rooms. There is a concierge seventh floor. We were there for a Band, Boats, BBQ contest by the Riverwalk. This motel is RIGHT by the Riverwalk, so all the songs and noise really carried to the hotel. We had difficulty getting WIFI. Someone from the tech department came promptly, but could not get it running. Starbucks... more

Hotel & adjoining Pueblo convention center made for convenience with this meeting. Staff was helpful from late-evening check-in through my departure (three-night stay). On several occasions, staff accommodated my individual needs or those of other people with whom I was meeting. All interactions with Pueblo Marriott staff were pleasant and helpful. more

Everyone I encountered at this hotel was cheerful and very helpful with all sorts of things. The front desk smiled and greeted everyone, quickly made copies and an extra key for me when I was in a rush, and put up with a series of questions I had, without ever losing that smile. I worked with the catering group, and... more

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip in January. The hotel seems to be very new and the rooms and furnishings appeared to be newly refurbished. The bedding was a removable comforter which I think is a plus for cleanliness. They also have nice Bath & Body Works orange blossom bath products. Had some minor issues with room service... more

I've stayed here a few times in the last year or so for business. The location in town is good, the rooms are clean, the beds are OK and the business services (free ethernet connection) were more than sufficient for my needs. Breakfast in the lobby is good, albiet a little slow. The rooms are pretty sizable and inlcude a... more

We had a large group, booked numerous rooms. The rooms were fine, but the cleaning during our 3-night stay was minimal. The restaurant service was laughable, made even more humorous by the exceptionally high number of ants running rampant. It was suspected that the food was the causative agent whereby a few in our party spent much of their night... more

We stayed here for a week for my daughter's wedding, and I think we were in the best hotel in Pueblo. Other family members stayed elsewhere, and I am glad we stayed here! Everything was clean and most everything was efficient. I will say that the restaurant had a few VERY minor service problems. The bar in the lobby is... more

stayed for a wedding... room was comfy and clean with a couple minor drawbacks...our room was next to the elevator and bed starting vibrating whenever elevator passed our floor. The bar was supposed to be open until 11 on a Sat. night but we went in at 10:20 and the bartender was cleaning up and wouldn't serve us. There was... more

My wife and I stayed at the Pueblo Marriott the night before Thanksgiving. The staff went out of their way to assist us, and the room was typical high quality Marriott. We enjoyed our visit and would not hesitate to stay there again. It was quiet the entire time we were there, due to the proximity of the holiday. We... more

Enjoyed a three night stay at the end of December. There were three of us, 2 adults and an eleven year old. Hotel was sold out, so only room available was with 2 doubles --- had hoped for king with pull out couch. Parking lot is small, but extra parking is available across the street at no charge - just... more
