Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was cute and clean and it was great to be able to bring the dog along with us. Food in the restaurant was very good. This is a convenient and relaxing location for visiting Telluride and Ouray. The hot breakfast they offered was great. If you are looking for a full breakfast... More

We arrived as the sun was setting & we immediately wished we had allotted more time at this inn. Our 10 & 12 year old girls ran to the hammock & yard games as my husband & I sat on our balcony overlooking the grounds. This was an excellent location outside Telluride...very warm & inviting. Amazing breakfast with every attention... More

This spot is an affordable option to staying in Telluride...clean and comfortable. Not fancy but has the Colorado attitude of "casual and friendly." It is especially perfect for the adventuresome who seek to hike Wilson Peak. It is only a 30 minute drive to the Rock of Ages Trailhead from the Angler Inn. And their checkout time is noon so... Outstanding service and food. Placerville is a beautiful little town outside of Telluride. This small hotel and restaurant is amazing. The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive and very customer service oriented. The food in the restaurant at dinner was FANTASTIC and the complimentary breakfast puts almost all but high end B&B breakfast to shame. There... More

There are so many small things that make Angler a great place to stay -- they're located about 20 minutes outside of Telluride, so it's a great location if you want to ski or visit the lodge but don't want to pay the in-town prices. As a hotel, the rooms are modern and clean and the staff was very helpful... More

I was shocked when we arrived. For the price, it was unbelievable. Very nice room, awesome staff, and the food was fantastic. Our whole family loved it. It is close to Telluride but way cheaper yet still very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Angler Inn is a very nicely updated pet-friendly hotel. We were very surprised and pleased when we walked into the large, updated room with a four poster king sized bed with vaulted ceilings and an over sized bathroom with a jetted tub. When checking in, Sara was very friendly and helpful. Our little dog was also greeted by Lefty,... More

The Angler in was lovely. Very nicely updated to give it a modern feel. We arrived late but were greeted and given information as though it was midday. The room was airy with a vaulted ceiling, huge bathroom and very simply decorated with a four-poster bed, table and chairs positioned under a sunny window and a TV mounted on the... More

I loved this place! We checked in late at night and were greeted very warmly by everyone we encountered. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the setting- it is so romantic and serene. The breakfast the next day was all the things I love- many of them organic and healthy. We had a waffle with fresh fruit... More
