Upon walking in the front door, I should have known. The place was unnervingly vacant. Large stains on hallway carpets, scuffed floorboards and walls. Once inside the room, carpet was VERY dirty with the corners looking almost black with dirt. Since my kid wanted to swim, I thought we'd check out the pool just in case this redeemed the nastiness... I can't believe this hotel is even open and able to make reservations! The ceiling looks like it is about to fall in, our room had dead bugs in the corner. Nothing about this place was pleasant. The building should be condemned.

Ok so we rented a room here. It was a mess. We decided to give the hot tub a try, the hot tub was good, but the ceiling was pretty messed up. The workout room was dark and none of the video games were plugged in. When you looked out the workout room window, there was an old chevy chevelle... More

Been there alone for one night. Bed is ok. Room was at ground floor with door opening to the garden. Outside there were a couple of chairs, very dirty. Had to wash one in the bath tube before sitting on it Room carped was quite stained and broken. Room would be ok for 20/30 dollars less. On the other side... More

Place has just been sold and is now a Quality inn. Not sure how clean the room really was because of old dark carpet. Very dated. The breakfast consisted of a waffle iron, coffee and some pastries . Nothing else. The lobby had new carpet and we were told the new owner planned to update some of the rooms. The outside... More

While there are not that many places to stay in Pagosa Springs, and most of them are of the high in the mountain, cabin-type experiences, the Quality Inn (it is not a resort by any stretch) is an ok place to stay if you are passing through. The overall location is great, the front desk and entry way are magnificent... More

I stayed at the Quality Resort for 2 nights with a 40-person ski group in early March 2014. Positives: clean room, very good restaurant for supper, very nice public areas for gathering, large swim pool. Negatives: very mediocre buffet breakfast (link "sausages" seemed to be mostly filler, same offerings both mornings);my friend rated the mattress on the other bed as... More

If I needed a cheap place to stay I would return to this hotel, but it's not the kind of place you take a date. The room didn't feel clean, maybe they just need a remodel. The water pressure in the rooms was poor. The staff was very nice and helpful. They had a nice bar with live music at... More

This use to be the nice place in town but it is in desperate need of a renovation. Hotel is very tired and run down. The only positive was the front desk clerk Sasha who was very helpful and redeemed our otherwise bad experience. The breakfast was similar to a mid service hotels breakfast like a Holiday inn Express or... More
