I don't know if we just got the oldest, dirtiest room they had, but we were completely grossed out. The floors had multiple unknown stains on the carpet, everything about the room was outdated and dingy. The place looked like it should be condemned! Wallpaper was stapled into place where it was torn, the carpet in the halls was more... More

We had two rooms in this hotel on our way to a wedding. We discovered we did not have hot water right away and were told to "let it run awhile'. We contacted the front desk multiple times and were always told someone would get back to us. We were never offered different rooms, or any solution at all. I... More

I have stayed in Pagosa Springs multiple times and have yet to find a good hotel to recommend in the area. The Quality Resort name is very misleading. I will start with the good: The bed was comfortable enough to get a full nights sleep; the heat/air worked. Not so good: The gloomy room decor was outdated (TV, furniture, bedding,... More

I stayed 4 nights, my room was a little above average. The personal couldn't have been any nicer. The breakfast was a way above average. The view restaurant is excellent. When motel get done up grading it will even better.

I hate to be negative but this place stinks... The word quality in the name of this facility is used in a very loose manner! Housekeeping is irregular, coffee pot lid is broken and falls off the carafe, air conditioning is a maybe at best, the facility has a nice outside fenced in area but no chairs or tables to... More

We traveled with a group & booked our rooms several months early. Upon arrival the registration person told us that the rooms we booked, just had the carpets cleaned that very day & we wouldn't be able to stay in them that night. Instead, she informed us that our rooms "would be in the other building that is in the... More

Upon walking in the front door, I should have known. The place was unnervingly vacant. Large stains on hallway carpets, scuffed floorboards and walls. Once inside the room, carpet was VERY dirty with the corners looking almost black with dirt. Since my kid wanted to swim, I thought we'd check out the pool just in case this redeemed the nastiness... I can't believe this hotel is even open and able to make reservations! The ceiling looks like it is about to fall in, our room had dead bugs in the corner. Nothing about this place was pleasant. The building should be condemned.

Ok so we rented a room here. It was a mess. We decided to give the hot tub a try, the hot tub was good, but the ceiling was pretty messed up. The workout room was dark and none of the video games were plugged in. When you looked out the workout room window, there was an old chevy chevelle... More
