First Inn of Pagosa is easy to find and located within walking distance to many good eateries, shops and activities. The river runs right behind the Inn and there is a river walkway you can stroll. Room and hotel on the low side of average. Clean enough but cracks in sink, burned out light bulbs, cigarette burns gave this place a sleazy feel. Good location, full of skiers, below average continental breakfast. Worst was the price $75 AAA, should have been $50. more
