Lonely planet Colorado recommended this place And it was just aa described. We loved it. Ask for a cabin away from the road even so the traffic at night is infrequent . Many picnic tables alongside the river and a fire pit with chairs and wood provided. Basketball is set up. Stocked trout. The landscape and rooms are pristine. Immaculately... More

I have stayed in Fireside's one and two bedroom cabins. Both were excellent. I saw a review on here that stated "I could live here" and I could not agree more. From the moment we checked in and throughout our stay the staff were helpful and friendly. The cabins were clean and incredibly comfortable. There is Wi-Fi throughout the property... More

The Fireside Inn Cabins surprised and delighted us. Growing up in the 1960's my family sometimes stayed in rustic cabins on road trips. The Fireside Inn Cabins have captured the essence of those cabins while increasing the charm, comfort level and cleanliness. As an added bonus, they provide a lovely "amenity bag" for pet travelers. Do not miss spending a... More

Fireside owner and employees are so caring. My husband and I actually were to stay at another place and it was terrible. We called Fireside and at 10 pm and they said come on now. We got there and they had fire going and music. It was thoughtful and beautifal. I've already made reservations for next year. Beautiful setting, gardens... More

My husband, our three young children, our two dogs and I just got home from a fantastic overnight at the Fireside Inn. The location is superb, so close to town yet it feels so private and serene at this idyllic setting. We got a riverside cabin and so glad we did, we woke to the sound of the water flowing... More

We just returned from our 3rd stay at Fireside and were impressed all over again! Great location just a 2 minute drive to town, yet you feel like you're off in the woods. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds with nice linens, beautiful landscaping....not a detail is overlooked! The ONLY complaint I have is that wi-fi is hit and miss, but maybe... More

Located just a mile outside Pagosa Springs this 15-cabin family-run business is quite outstanding. Located by the San Juan river, each cabin is delightfully designed, decorated and equipped - with even a rocking chair on the porch! The gardens are thoughtfully tended attracting a whole host of bird life that kept us enthralled. The cabins have everything you need for... More

We have stayed here once during the summer (Aug '12) and once during SpringBreak (Mar '14). Both stays have been exceptional. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with wonderful accomodations, this place is for you. We have stayed in a 2 bedroom and also in a 1 bedroom that had a pull out bed in the living room... My wife and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and could not have been more impressed. The cabins are very well maintained, clean, and each one of them have just about everything inside that you could wish for. We found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Our dog loved romping around the grounds, in and out... More

Our three night stay at the Fireside Inn was definitely one of the highlights of our trip out West. The cabin was neat as a pin, comfortable, and had everything one needs. If you decide to stay home and cook, there are barbeque grills or small kitchens fully equipped with a stove, and microwave. The setting along the tumbling river... More
