We stayed here while on a bus tour and while we were late in arriving when we did get there the owner greeted us and helped distribute the luggage and did come down to the room to be sure we were satisfied. While a little on the worn side the room was well furnished and clean. The only negative was... More

Stayed in a "deluxe king" non-smoking, no pet room. Very well appointed with a bay window view of the "mother" hot spring. ( "47 inch" HDTV ( NFL/GOLF channels not available), free wifi, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, hair dryer, robes for wearing to/from hot pools.) Our 4th stay ( for 2 days) in over 30 years and each time is... More

Arrived at 2 am due to vehicle problems. We were able to walk in and get a room. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and got us a room as quick as possible so we could get some rest. He also offered to open the breakfast area when we got there so we could get a muffin or... More

Stayed here for a night. Fairly reasonable price. Very friendly front door staff and comfortable beds. No real complaints.Did not go in the pool but it was a very nice area and very hot. The area around has some very good food and the hotel is close to downtown.

The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. It was obviously old and in need of a lot of repairs. Only one outlet in the room worked. The continental breakfast was picked over by 8:30 and never really restocked for the people who came later. Only one of the hotel desk staff was worth talking to. The rest were rude and short.... This is a very old motel just recently purchased and turned into a Quality Inn. It is getting a partial facelift. New beds and bedding and carpets, but rest of furniture is kind of beat up. The facility itself is in poor condition. Exterior doors do not lock or shut tight. Ice makers do not work and restaurant not open.... More

Our stay at the Pagosa Springs Inn was wonderful. Experiencing the natural hot mineral springs in the early morning was such a special and unique experience. One I am so very happy to have been able to enjoy. Truly an excellent place to stay for a weary traveler.

This place has gone from a little hot pot,to 15 hot pools ranging in temp, and size. The nice part is they also have pools for 18 and older so you can get away from the rug rats. Rug rats are not bad but some times it is nice to have your own time. Rooms nice and clean, and good... More

Have you ever had...... a room where the cleaning service obviously began making the bed, but forgot to finish making it? a room with carpet stains that were so numerous, the carpet was hard to identify as carpet? (not to mention the smell that was too terrible to warrant investigation for fear of heinous discoveries) a breakfast area in which... More
