My husband and I stayed here for two nights for my birthday. The staff was great, breakfast was good, and the peaceful little courtyard was the perfect touch. The king room was very clean and well stocked. We had a room facing the highway and I thought maybe the traffic sounds would be bothersome, but we never heard anything from... More

This is a little nicer place than you'd expect for the rate. Very nice patio and pool. Clean room. Not much choice in breakfast. Decent beds. Good wifi. Great staff. It is a bit noisy, probably because the rate attracts families with kids. The walls seem thin. Worth the money.

Great hotel. Very clean and friendly. We arrived late, but check in was fast and the room was very clean. Breakfast was standard. There is a lovely courtyard off the breakfast room, and I was thinking it would have been great to stay another night just to sit outside in the garden. Alas, we had to get home for work.... More

Friendly staff in spite of being very busy. Comfortable, clean room. Hint: get room on back (away from highway) side. I don't know if noise is a problem on the highway side, but view on the back is into the Very Nice large patio with trees, flowers, bird feeders, tables and chairs. I relaxed there in the evening and had... More

The owner of this establishment is milking it. No improvements have been made-it is a 1990's unit with 2014 prices. TV is a tube set. Internet works sporadically and with limited power. Can't say anything positive.

Happy to find a newer, clean hotel in Pagosa Springs at a reasonable price that can accommodate a family of five. Everything was in good condition, and very clean. No complaints about this hotel and would stay here again. Stayed in rom on the back side of the hotel which was very quit. They accommodated our dog also. Pool and... More

First of all, the hotel is very clean...and there are some nice touches like the lovely garden area. The owners are very friendly. The in room microwaves and refrigerators are handy. It is a good place to stay for one or two nights. For longer stays, it would be great if the rooms had new TVs and new and more... More

We stayed here based on reviews of hotels in the area. Nice couple run the place- very helpful on information about things to do. Room was clean and nice. Clean pool and nice patio. Entire facility was clean- quite and nicely run. Breakfast is a little sparse but all in all- we were satisfied with the stay.

We spent two nights while mototcycling the area. Much is typical Econolodge. Clean, comfortable beds, typical breakfast. What makes this one special is the pride you can see that the family-owner has. There is a wonderful sitting area in the back of the hotel that is decorated with beautiful flowers. The front is landscaped with flowers. The staff is very... More

The drive to Pagosa Springs is not that bad at all from Albuquerque NM. I liked the nice clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was good too. Good restaurants in the area. I forgot my wallet in a drawer and it was mailed to me promptly. That was awesome!
