We stayed her for one night the first week of August. The people in the office were nice, the laundry room and bathrooms are not new but they are clean and taken care of. We stayed on a tent site by the lake and our issue was that the sites are so close to each other, we had no privacy... More

We made reservations for 9 nights and we wanted full hookup. We were told nothing was available and were given site 40. On arriving and looking at 2 available sites, we took site40. The RV next to us opened into our space. We asked Brent, the property manager, if we could turn our trailer around. Should have been a non... More

The space (40) you were originally assigned to is a pull through site, and you were pulled in the designed direction so that your hook-ups are on the correct side. You were told that if you did turn your trailer around to face the other direction that you can Not move the table or fire ring in between you and... More

The campsites are a bit closer than i would have liked, but it was not too packed so it wasn't an issue for me. The amenities are nice. Restrooms are clean and spacious to accommodate a lot of people. They are right next to a river and have a little pond with paddle boating. each campsite has a firepit with... More

Memorial Day 2015 weekend with weather from all four seasons with the sun of pending summer being the most elusive. Traveling party was 3 - 40'+ 5th wheels with 11 Adults and 2 teenagers in adjoining (#77-79) sites on the San Juan River. Surprisingly, not crowded and had friendly neighbors. River was high, cold, and running fast - practiced my... More

Stopped here to spend a few nights as our boxer got sick & unbelievably enough the San Juan veterinarian hospital is only .5 miles walk from the rv!! We were able to make an appt for Suri at 1:30 as well as secured a beautiful river site #79 big enough for our class C as well as motorcycle trailer. Hosts... More

We really enjoyed staying at this park. There is a fishing pond for the kids and the San Juan river runs through the park. The store was well stocked with supplies and fishing equipment. The shower facilities and laundry were clean. The staff was friendly and made our stay great. We will camp here again.

Pagosa Riverside Campground is a nice, unpretentious campground located just East of town, right on the San Juan river. I've stayed there multiple times over the years and have not had a negative experience. They have upgraded the water and electrical since my visit last year. The restrooms are still clean and well-maintained. The staff is still friendly, and the... More

"Their prices are just a bit high compared to other parks I've visited; they charge by the person, rather than one flat rate for the site." A correction on this - Our base price for all sites is based on 2 people. For any additional people age 7 and older there is an additional nightly charge. Many parks do the... More
