Great place! The resort is located far enough away from people but close enough to town. There are many activities to keep one busy and it is close to a supermarket. It is like a cruise ship on land. Also, the resort is surrounded by majestic mountains and has a diverse range of bird species.

Family wanted to get a way for a week and we decided on Pagosa Springs. Hot springs, mountains, laid back vibe; all the stuff we were looking for. We stayed in the Teal Landing area on the second floor about twenty feet from the water. Nice suite with at fold out sofa bed for the kid. Decent kitchen, laundry and... More

One of the most beautiful places in Colorado, easily accessible with lots of things to keep you busy, or just relax. Wyndham Pagosa is one of the best condo experiences you will have, ask for the Peregrine units if you get a choice. For the explorers, be sure to check out Williams Canyon, Blanco Basin, and make the climb to... More

We stayed in a Wyndham Ptarmigan unit and enjoyed the location and unit amenities very much. The front desk and concierge services are top notch. We were fairly certain that they would bend over backwards if we asked. There was a down side to our week, however. First, while we have stayed in timeshare resorts all over the country, this... Perigrine units are very nice. One bedroom with a large living room and well stocked kitchen. Located near many attractions. I did not give 5 stars due to cleanliness. There were quite a few spider/dust webs near the living room ceiling and the toilet did not look to be cleaned before we got here. No extra toilet paper in the... More

My stay was awesome. There was plenty of time to unwind from a stressful life and meditate with God. I loved the cool weather and reading or resting on our patio with the mountains in the background. Watching the hot air balloon was a treat. I might even take a ride on my next visit. Everyone we met was friendly.

Enjoyed staying at the Wyndham Club Pass condos. They had been remodeled since our last vista a few years ago. Our condo was about 1600 square feet and as always every item you could think of is provided inside the condo. Basically its just like home if you choose not to eat out. We had a view of the golf... Stayed in a Village Point 1-bedroom unit and it was very nice. I was a little concerned after I read some other reviews but our unit was very clean (as the whole area outside was nice) and updated. Only down side was we were talked into attending a 90 minute sales-pitch meeting on joining Wyndham Vacation club (or whatever the... More

The list of things wrong with our room is endless. The second door to our bathroom had to remain closed because it was broken. The hairdryer was coming out of the wall. The towel rack was coming out of the wall. One of the grates on the very old and out dated stove was coming out. The microwave plate didnt... More

This was our first visit to this part of the country. The setting is beautiful and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the activities that we did (The Springs Spa, rafting in Durango, horseback riding in Pagosa, tubing on the San Juan River). Our room in Ptarmagin (two bedroom lockout unit) was spacious, but outdated. We were told that it... More
