Stayed two nights beginning Jan. 2nd. Accommodations basic and comfortable. The large hot springs outdoor pool is great with an option to use about a 8 person outdoor hot tub and then separate men's and women's much hotter soaking pool indoors. The indoor structure is a bit tired, but consider all the minerals in the water.

Two choices for a family; the large outdoor pool or the outdoor hot tub. Nice decent place that was affordable. Accommodating staff gave us shampoo and soap and even a hair dryer to use. We did not stay, only came to soak after a day of skiing.

This is an old fashioned, friendly hot springs resort. The folks are nice, both guests and workers, and it's clean and uncrowded. The prices are friendly as well. We had a comfy bed in a very small tidy room with no frills and everything we needed for $100 including the day of and after in the water. That's a bargain!... More

We stayed there for the weekend and the rooms were super clean and very comfortable. The staff was really nice and we felt at home. The pools were great. Read the reviews, we had no problems with the plumbing. Walking distance to everything. Price was so good we returned two weeks later and had another great experience. For years we... More

I'll grant you the hot springs and spas across the street from this place is nicer, but I would have spent our whole budget for the 15 day motorcycle trip in one night. This place is a little dated, but the rooms are spacious the management friendly and the the price of the Hot Springs on premises are included. If... More

We return to this place over and over. No, it is not a big elegant resort, but fairly priced for a decent room and access to the pool on the property. Had a great massage as well. The plumbing does have some issues as kb B noted. You set the water and then as you get in, it changes. Very... More

Thank you for your review! So glad you got to enjoy a massage while you were with us in addition to spending time in our hot springs pool. We are looking into the issue with the plumbing - and hope to have it fixed soon. We are also in the process of replacing the mattresses on the futons in the... More

Friendly staff, nice pool, great massages, clean rooms. Only complaint: scalded my feet trying to shower. There is something wrong with plumbing going from tub to shower. When I got it right temperature on the shower part, and then shifted it to the tub part, the water was scalding and I was being careful.

Just love staying at Healing Waters, this was my second stay here. I like the local, and rustic feel of this place, now if you want lots of luxury you should stay across the street at the big resort, but you also pay at least twice as much. I love the big pool and specially the hot tub. I know... More

This place is the perfect retreat from Denver. The price of your room gets you entry into hot springs that are the quietest and hottest I've yet experienced in Colorado. The rooms are comfortable and clean, definitely not new, but they have a simple charm. This place is not for people seeking overpriced luxury (see the place across the street),... More

For many years we have made this hotel our destination. the hot pools are wonderful ~ the rooms not so great. Carpets were really stained/dirty. I think the property owners should take note of the reviews written here and take care of the issues mentioned. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Though when we addressed the carpet... More
