Room was comfortable, but layout/curtains didn't feel as private as I would have liked. Owner helpful and friendly. Mineral baths fabulous! priced well for the area, would recommend if you are in the area and want to have a good soak with your stay!

This place is a jewel. Soaking was wonderful. It's rustic and not as fancy as the one across the street but neither are the prices. I will definitely choose this on my next visit. The private baths were a plus. We RV'd and were within walking distance of everything.

The mineral baths are a delight for all. And my stay in a large room with so many fresh towels was a real bonus. I have been going to these springs for years. And i will continue to go. The people are friendly and real.

The staff here is extremely efficient and helpful. We loved the large pool and hot tub. The extremely hot Women's pool was scary hot but a wonderful experience. This is a very special place. Nice downtown location is near the city park and Res hill for trails and a disc golf course. Easy biking on the town path.

Nice room fabulous location relaxing waters . The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Next time need more time to go tubing down the river and exploring areas outside Pagosa Springs. Pool was 90 degrees feed from the mineral waters

Cute little resort with its own hot springs pool. A little older and showing a little wear, but clean and very friendly. Kahuna at the front desk can answer all your questions and is very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a reservation for three nights, and cancelled after unloading our luggage in the "cabin". My wife and daughter were prepared to sleep in the car if we couldn't find something else. It was a tiny mobile home made to appear rustic, with only one room air conditioner and the other Windows not openable. The outside was overgrown and... More

As others have indicated, it could use some refurbishing. It still has issues with hot water in the shower. It's hard to get it warm without being too hot or freezing. The price is right and for what you save here, you can go to the nice tubs. The massage therapist was very good. One thing that was not so... More

Sorry about the mowing at check-in - we are working with a new grounds maintenance company and that was their first time in. They recognized the issue right away and have worked us into a different slot of their schedule. We apologize for the inconvenience during your stay! We are also continuing to make numerous updates around the property -... More

Do not go here! The owner is rude! condescending and cussed in front of my 7 year old daughter my boys and my wife. (The word that starts with an F) because I wanted to see the hot tub before paying and while I was gone my wife asked to use the restroom. Never go to a place that treats... More

Cashforphoenixhomes - I am hoping to get more information from you concerning the treatment you received while at our establishment. I assure you that it was NOT the owner of the resort you were in contact with while you were on site, but we would certainly like to look into the situation further. Can you please let me know what... More

I loved the spacious, clean room, but the mineral pool (indoor, small outdoor and swimming pool-sized outdoor) areas are very run down, with cracked cement (harsh winter??). There is no signage to lead to the above-ground outdoor soak tub or the (very hot!) indoor pools. The spa area is surrounded by a chain-link fence with tattered blue slats. I thought... More
