We have stayed in many motels in Pagosa Springs, but this is the best. Quite and very clean and Jeannie and Susan are the most wonderful people to run a motel. The rooms are very large, a living room, kitchen, and one are two bedroom, plenty of parking, hot tub and very very clean, this is by the airport but... More

This is a fantastic RV park. While I town it is very quite. The sites are large, level and spacious. The bathhouse is also very nice and exceptionally clean. This was the only park still open in mid October. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mountain Landing and will recommend them to everyone.

Great impression coming in driveway. Very Clean and well kept property!!! Great suites to meet all your needs. They also have an indoor pool/hot tub which is fantastic! We stayed in a one bedroom which was very clean comfortable and accommodating.

We spent three nights at the Mountain Landing RV Park in Pagosa last weekend - it is a beautiful property, nestled among tall pine trees. Most of the sites have lots of shade. The restrooms were very clean, and the whole facility was well kept. They are currently building a bathhouse on the southwest side of the RV park, and... More

This is our second stay at Mountain Landing and the fourth for my in-laws. We love this facility for is clean, friendly simplicity. We have gotten the 2-brm with full kitchen both times. Perfectly comfortable for a family of four staying for a week. Easy parking but fills up quick. No daily maid service but I was fine with that.... More

I only stayed here for one night but when I return to Colorado Springs I will stay here longer. This is a quiet place with very friendly staff. This place is really great for families because rather than just a hotel room it is like a little apartment. The kitchen has dishes, it's everything you need and is very clean.... More

The Mountain Landing Suites were a great place to stay when visiting Pagosa Springs! I couldn't believe how incredibly clean the suite was and how comfortable the beds were. It truly was like a home away from home. The 2-bedroom suite was a perfect size for a family of 4 and a dog. We couldn't have asked for a nicer... More

We stayed here 12/26 - 12/30, 2013 and are coming back for Spring Break 2014. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. We drove 17 hours from Houston and realized that I booked the wrong dates! The staff was so nice and able to squeeze us into a 1 bdrm and then move us to the executive suite later in... More

We had a reservation at another place closer to the center of town. But when we checked in at the other place we were sad and disappointed. It was awful. We were "drowning our sorrows" at a local wine bar, when the lovely woman who worked there asked us where we were staying. We sadly told her. She suggested Mountain... More

One night stay here and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms are very clean, simply, but nicely decorated and quiet. The driving tour on Piedra Road at the entrance to the motel is one of the most spectacular drives I have ever taken anywhere. Convenient to all areas of town.
