Very clean, super friendly staff. Nice rooms, a bit tight but updated and clean. No microwaves in rooms though which would've been nice. Very convenient having a restaurant and outside bar at this hotel. 3 hot springs pools which are open 24/7

Stayed here again, for the 6th time, over 30 years. The room we had was clean, and they are pet friendly (we travel with our dog, who is quiet and well-behaved). My only suggestion is to put guests with pets in rooms that don't have white bedding. I know that's the new hotel trend, but not logical in pet rooms.... More

We stayed in a second story room, and every room has a great view with a bench outside for reading or happy hour. The on-site tiki bar is located on a very nice little patio and is great for relaxing after a day of traveling. Beautifully landscaped all over with fountains and flowers. Room is well appointed for a motel... More

Most of the other hotels in town were booked when I arrived, but it turned out that I still got one of the best. The room was clean, attractive, and comfortable. The hotel grounds are also nice, including the pool and hot springs pools. Breakfast included made-to-order omlettes. I ordered room service from the hotel restaurant and found that to... More

Booking online discount is great. Nice having hot springs pools open 24/7. Food is outstanding and plentiful. Rooms are modern and nicely appointed. Staff are friendly. Very happy with our stay. Looking forward to returning in the future.

This year our experience at Twin Peaks for the week was a much better experience than our stay last year. There are some areas they need to improve, but overall, the motel is clean, comfortable, and pretty accommodating. They provided a very good experience for the kids with the pool and outdoor movie on Friday night. This was a really... More

I really liked this hotel. Well priced (not cheap, but very fair), clean rooms, nice linens, great hot springs fed mineral swimming pool, nice tiki bar, nice staff (mostly). Ouray is a great town and scenery is a dream... so it also wins on location, location, location. This is just a quick walk to downtown. One negative drawback is that... More

Landed in Ouray when Hiway shut down due to Rock Slide and this was one of the best highlights of our Colorada Trip. Beautiful little town set in the valley of the Mountains and this Lodge had some of the most comfortable beds we slept in. The Natural Hot Springs was the Ultimate relaxation after being on motorcycles. Then the... More

Spent 4 nights at the hotel. The final night there our room hadn't been serviced (trash taken out or dirty towels replaced). A phone call to the office said someone would be over with towels. That never happened. After walking over to the office to get some clean towels, we were told that they would have to get some out... More

We visited here during the FJ Summit 2014, the rooms were clean and views amazing. However, the breakfast doesn't start until 7, which was always late to open. The breakfast should be opened by 630 the latest, especially with the summit headquarters held at Twin Peaks and most trails start by 7. A lot of people were complaining about not... More
