Very unfriendly to families with kids. Very nosey and bothersome owner. Grumpy and spying on the windows. Not very nice people.

Charming, old-fashioned motel. Clean, cozy, but no continental breakfast, only coffee. Very helpful desk person. Affordable. But it is for sale. Hope the next owner keeps it all the same.

We stayed at Cascade Falls for one night - the last night of our road trip. The owner was very nice and directed us to a good restaurant. This lodge is a block off the main street but within walking distance from the attractions there. The room was very clean, the shower was awesome and the bed was comfortable. We stayed two nights and Ted and Sandy, the owners, were very gracious and welcoming. They have a large hobby train set outside that they turned on and demonstrated for our 5-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter. Our kids loved it!
