One of a kind, quaint, paradise, few places like this exists in the world, owned and operated by a great lady, great staff, feel as if you are at home, experience thermal water on the lower level, enter a cave complete with crystal /calcite formations, hot, hot or the outdoor pool (a bit cooler but at a great temp.) which has a... There are not a lot of these types of accommodations left to appreciate. Wiesbaden is a unique experience , a pearl tucked quietly into the mountains of Ouray. By word of mouth we were led to this hotel and are so thankful to have ended our two month road trip soaking in its hot mineral springs both in the pool... More

Stayed at the apartment downtown for a short romantic getaway with our dogs. We were very happy to have our own place to cook, plenty of room to relax, and lots of privacy. It was clean and quiet plus you get access to the pool and vapor cave at the main hot springs spa a few blocks away included in... More

WAY overpriced $167 with tax for a queen room with no amenities -- no little packet of shampoo, no hairdryer -- what places don't have these things anymore, especially a place that wants to be considered upscale? We stayed at an Embassy Suites in San Antonio for the same price but received 5 Star service including a 2-hour managers cocktail... More

The good is the lobby area with its warm wood stove and comfortable seating area. The bad or maybe a just okay is the rooms. At least several of the courtyard rooms have new carpeting and beds. The complaints of bad smells were not evident in the 3 rooms we visited. The rooms are quite small as this is an... More

I have stayed here many times and thoroughly enjoy the ambiance...victorian rooms, warm lodge decor, local color, eccentric owner policies, steam cave and hot springs on site...in a word, delightful. This being said, I had a harrowing experience with their masseuse and will not be getting a massage next time. I don't know if he is a regular employee as it was... More

This hotel is quiet, comfy and most accommodating. The underground hot spring and vapor cave is unusual and intriguing. The outdoor pool is clean, quiet and sunny. We were able to get back-to-back massages by a very skilled masseuse which was incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. Day visitors may pay to visit the springs and caves, but staying there allows unlimited... More

I would highly recommend Wiesbaden hot springs and lodging! We had the most fun at this quaint hotel. It felt almost like a bread and breakfast than a hotel. Diane Workan was incredibly helpful, She specifically made more coffee for us, gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations, and was just so sweet and caring. We could tell she would bend over... We shared this 3 bedroom two story house w/ friends while in the San Juans during a 4 wheeling adventure. The house was clean, and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and the water was fine also. My only complaint, was the mattress in the bedroom downstairs, was less than comfy. The garage is off limits( looks to be used for... More

Some people think the Wiesbaden Sucks, but it doesnt. . The Vapor Cave is Impecable. It can really help with Asthsma too. The outdoor pool is cleaned throughly every morning. The desk people are the most friendly people. If you have a problem they will try to fix it as quickly as possable. The owner Linda is the most friendly... More
