(Bruce) is a very welcoming host, very knowledgeable about the area and goes the extra mile to make your stay awesome. The rooms are very clean and reasonably priced! Walking distance to do everything!

We stayed in mid march, again. We have stayed there previously 5 years ago also. The manager was very nice and made us feel right at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a quaint sitting area for guests out front and have a small fire, or just sit out on the porch and stare at the mountains.... More

First of all I want to thank Bruce for being a wonderful human being, he made the whole stay worth every penny. There was no other place to stay in town that weekend and we did not have reservations. We got lucky! the room was very roomy and clean and had no smoke smell at all. Bruce gave us a... More

Sweet little suites in row of similar. Just off the main street with no great hills to climb. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Very clean. Also liked the ice machine round the corner and the provision of coffee machine with coffee both regular and de-caf. Owner was very helpful and friendly.

We got a room there for one night. Very unimpressive. Dimly lit with old dingy furniture, stains on the carpet and sofa. Staff was friendly enough though. They should have been getting $120.00 for this.

We have recently stayed for 1 night at this motel and we highly recommend it. We got to stay at the master suite which comprises of 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The manager Bruce is very friendly, he accommodated our needs and suggested wonderful trails to the baby bath tubes and nice places to eat. We will most definitively go... More

Good location, on the main street of a wonderful little community. Reasonable price. Bruce, the manager, is a great guy, very friendly and accommodating, willing to go the extra mile to make your visit a pleasant one. Nice selection of rooms, clean and comfortable.

This motel was built using the dismantled lumber from the Atlas mine. It was built by my grandparents. It has been sold a couple times since they passed away. The rooms are rant to be basic room and board. It is quaint and full of old mountain town charm. I hope it gets some love from its current owners.

We stayed here after two nights of camping. Heaven! Huge room: we supposedly got the Sinatra suite where Ol Blue Eyes stayed in 1979. Great location, spacious airy room. Everything very clean and nice. At $100 it was a tad expensive but given the touristy location was not unexpected. Bruce, the man on the spot, hosed down our dusty vehicle... More
