We spent two nights at this wonderful bed and breakfast. Sharon and Chuck are so gracious and very interactive with the guests. We loved the atmosphere and the love they have put into this tremendous home. We appreciate the grace said together at meals, which by the way are awesome. This is a bed and breakfast where you can just... More

The Ghost Town Guesthouse is our favorite mountain retreat. There isn't anything that can be improved. Chuck and Sharon have built (by hand) a beautiful bed, breakfast and more. Not only do you receive a gourmet breakfast with your stay, they also include supper. Sharon is a whiz in the kitchen and Chuck is always happy to help. I never... More

Lovely, meticulous home run by very efficient and friendly owners that make you feel like you are at home. They are very attentive but give plenty of privacy as well. Loved all the advice on 'private' hiking trails and history of the area. With only several year-round residents in town, it is very quiet at night. The daytime gets a... More

If you are a fan of "off the beaten path" places (or even if you are not) you will LOVE this beautiful home high in the real mountains of Colorado. Chuck and Sharon are wonderful hosts and very attentive to every detail that will make your stay the best possible experience. We felt right at home from the start. First... More

The hosts, Sharon & Chuck, are just wonderful! Their B&B is so cozy and darling. Come hungry because they serve 3 course meals- that's breakfast and dinner and you can add a lovely lunch as well. A perfect location for a romantic getaway to the mtns; winter/spring are quiet but summer is busy. The trails are open in the summer/fall... More

If you haven't stayed at the Ghost Town Guest House, you haven't completed your travels. It sits in the ghost town of St Elmo, Colorado. It's amazing to be in such a remote place and still have an almost unreal house with gorgeous interior, detail, design and of course hot running water and electricity. If you want to four-wheel like... More

We spent an idyllic few days with Chuck and Sharon at the Ghost Town Guest Ranch, and are encouraging our family to go, too. We loved the gorgeous scenery, the beautiful and cozy accommodations, and the yummy food!! Innkeepers Chuck and Sharon make sure your visit is a delight. Truly an unforgettable experience!

We found this little mountain gem almost two years ago, and have stayed several different times. Chuck and Sharon make you feel right at home. The great thing about this place is how secluded it is in the ghost town of St. Elmo. Sharon serves dinner and breakfast, along with afternoon snacks. When we have out of town visitors this... More
