This place is falling apart. Our room didn't have a phone so you had to drive down the hill to talk to the front desk. When I asked a worker about the phone, he said that it had been a while since many of the rooms in the hotel had working phones. The upper pool was full of bugs and... More

The Resort has a great offering for all travelers. There are kid pools and adult only pools. There are lots of activties in the Valley with the Arkansas River and mountains. Awesome selction of pools, saunas, and steam rooms. There is an outdoor fireplace whcih is great to hang out by at the end of the day. One thing to... More

Have been coming here for years and always have a good time. The property has been updated quite a bit since the present owners have taken over. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and modern. Will be back.

Upon arriving to the hotel, I was excited to check out the hot springs. However, It was very anticlimactic because it just regular pools containing the hot spring water, not like you are lounging in natural hot spring. Location-as a tourist in the Colorado area, this was very much off the reservation to visit as we were staying in Vail/Denver... More

I stayed at the Mount Priceton Resort with my boyfriend for a bday weekend back in May & loved it so much we brought the family for another stay a few weeks later! On my first stay, we had a Cliffside room & it was tastefully decorated & super comfortable! We had our dog with us, so it was a... More

My first visit to this hot springs complex after having visited several others in the state. Without naming any names of other springs complexes around CO, Mt Princeton basically has it all: they are free of sulphur fumes, mucky bottoms and slippery rocks, feel clean, intimate-feeling (in a cozy sense) family friendly- especially the Upper Pool area on top of... We recently spent three noghts at Mt. princeton Hot Springs Resort and loved every minute of it. The resort is in a lovely and rural area. At first we were worried about not having WiFi and cell signal, but within hours we realized this was a much needed break from technology and we were able to take in all the... More

I have been to the large pool and riverside of this historic hot springs many times. My visit last month was with a friend, and we had all day. Since the river was running so high, we couldn't find a warm spot in there (usually my favorite), instead we opted to add massages and be on the 'spa' side. It... More

We stayed in the Hillside rooms. Comfortable beds but plain room, no pictures on the wall anywhere. Beautiful area and adult pool was the best for relaxing and quiet. Restaurant was nice atmosphere but food very average.

We stayed in a Cliffside room which was spacious, comfortable and had a great view of the valley, river and the rest of the main facility. The room had a mini ref, microwave and k-cup coffee maker, which was great. The outside patio had nice wooden chairs and was pleasant for coffee and cocktails, except for the dog poop. It's... More
