It is on Townsend, or US 550, the main north-south drag thru town, but is placed in such a way that there is no direct access to the hotel from Townsend. “Excellent service - happy people, nice room”

Excellent service and happy people (they seem to enjoy their jobs). The rooms were nice and roomy. The only issue regarded the elevators, hallways and lobby, which need updating. They kept spraying air fresheners, as when they didn't the smell wasn't pleasant.

Although this property has the very best pool of any Priority Club member hotel I have seen, the hotel is showing its age and rooms definitely need new furniture, beds especially, and total upgrade. Thank you for staying with us. I am thrilled you enjoyed our completely renovated pool. The guest rooms will be next to get an extreme makeover.
