This place has a rigid 2 week cancelation policy, which I missed by 2 days. Because I had to cancel, due to extenuating circumstances, I was forced to pay $146 for NOTHING. My advice - Do not give your credit card number unless you are prepared to potentially forfeit the money. The owner told me they have had this policy... More

Unfortunately, this review contains many inaccuracies: we've been in business 9 years, not 15, and many others. When you make reservations at a bed and breakfast, you are choosing lodging quite different than a typical big box hotel. Patrons expect something unique, and most understand the reasoning behind the policies. Our cancellation policy is never a surprise, it is verbally... More

Cute little B&B located in the heart of Montrose. The owners are very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, and I loved the old unique features of the space that you wouldn't get if you were at a traditional hotel. The two other people staying in town were there for business and the owner even got up early to... More

We stayed at the Canyon Creek B&B after a day of sightseeing in the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. A great location, it is an easy walk to restaurants in Montrose for dinner. After dinner, we sat in the spacious back yard and had a delightful conversation with Kendra and Dan. Kendra made a great breakfast in the morning, very... More

We had a wonderful two nights at the Canyon Creek B & B. This 1909 house has been carefully restored with many nice amenities including a hot tub. It is located right in the historic city of Montrose within 5 blocks walking distance of restaurants, taverns, shops and other services. Kendra, the owner, took good care of us, provided good... We chose the scenic route across Colorado--and worth the trip--calling ahead to Kendra while on the road. Lucky for us she had a room available. This was a great place to stop as we headed West. Room was nice and very comfortable but the best thing was the real, wood-burning fireplace. We enjoyed a nice drink by that fire and... More

We stayed for three nights when our son got married in Montrose. We chose a B and B because we wanted a homey feel, and we were not disappointed. Kendra did an awesome job making us and our family feel welcome, that her "home" was our "home away from home." I would definitely stay again. Wonderful experience!!

After several years of being unable "to get away" for our anniversary, this B&B was the perfect place to start our much needed mini-vacation. Relaxing atmosphere and comfy bed! One night we sat in the hot tub with a glass of complimentary glass of wine, and the next night we enjoyed the live music judt right outside! PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT!

We were visiting some friends in Montrose and we were looking for a place to stay that was different than your average hotel. We came across the Canyon Creek B and B and I am really glad we did. The owner of the Canyon Creek, Kendra met us at the front door. She welcomed us in with open arms and... More

We were expecting something on a quaint street in the old town of Montrose. The house is actually on Main Street, but there's not much quaint about it. It was on a busy street that quieted down for the most part during sleeping hours. Fortunately, we were the only guests, so it was like having the house to ourselves. They... More
