The Sunset Room was just so perfect for our two day stay in Manitou Springs. I felt like a queen living in the lap of luxury!! The warm muffins, fresh juice, hot tea and coffee, in front of a cozy fire lounging on the most comfortable bed ever!! Who could ask for more? And what a lovely setting full of... More

I had 6 weeks this to plan my wedding and best friend found Blue Skies Inn. When we first visited the place, we were shown around by Sally and I was pleaseantly surprised by how easy going and accommodating she was. We ended up booking 3 rooms for the wedding which was on July 17th. Sally took care of everything.... More

Everyone should have the opportunity, and take advantage of it, to stay here at least once! I want to come back every year, and have already told any of my friends saying they are traveling to Colorado that they need to stay here. Sally was very nice and accomadating and quite proud of her hidden haven in Manitou Springs. Once... More

Pros: We rented the Indian Rock Room and it was rustic, clean, and roomy. We primarily interacted with Mike who was very friendly and helpful. We had never understood the hype of a B&B but after breakfast at Blue Skies we understand! A picnic basket was left at our door each morning (no uncomfortable common room) with casserole, fruit, muffins,... More

Blue Skies Inn has ten creatively decorated suites, all hand-painted by an artist using different themes. Our Indian Rock Art suite has a painted mural of Indian petroglyphs to honor the Native Americans who lived in the Southwest before ranchers, miners and farmers moved West in the 1800's. The room itself is not rustic - it is air conditioned and... More

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Skies. The room was great and the breakfast was delicious - especially the blueberry muffins! The grounds are beautiful. The cottages are surrounded by gardens and you are free to eat your breakfast in any location throughout the grounds. We can't wait to return!

Our suite was beautiful, the owners courteous, and the breakfast (delivered to our suite) was plentiful and fresh. The grounds are beautiful. Prices are a bit high, reflecting Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak tourist prices.

Blue Skies Inn just gets better and better every time I stay! I discovered Blue Skies Inn over 10 years ago, and have stayed many many times throughout the years. They never disappoint! Mike and Sally go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home during your stay. At this point, I think I've stayed in... More

At the end of July, my mother celebrated her 90th birthday and our family a 14 year reunion at the Blue Skies Inn in beautiful Manitou Springs, Colorado. I am delighted to say that the family (all 20 members) found innkeepers Sally and Mike absolutely wonderful people. Without even asking, they opened up the restored Carriage House for our family... This was our 3rd stay at Blue Skies Inn and although we didn't get to stay as long this time, it was a wonderful venue for our 10th anniversary. The first time we spent 6 days/nights in the Morning Glory Suite which we really enjoyed. The 2nd visit was 6 days/nights in the Sunset Suite which we really enjoyed as... More

Traveling from Boston to Denver to spend time with my adult daughter, we headed south to explore the Gardens of the Gods and were looking for a Bed and Breakfast to spend the night. We landed at the Blue Skies Inn and didn't want to leave. Situated within a pleasant walk from the quaint and quirky downtown of Manitou Springs,... More
