We had the pleasure of staying at the Town-N-Country Cottages mid July and what a wonderful choice! The adobe like cottages were in keeping with what you would expect for a stay in Manitou Springs. We stayed in unit 11, which consisted of two beautifully decorated "immaculate" bedrooms, with an over size refrigerator and microwave, stocked with coffee, tea, filters,... More

After researching resorts all the way from Estes Park down to Colorado Springs a number of years ago, we were pleased to find Town 'N' Country Cottages as the perfect place to hold our biennial, week-long family reunion for 40 people. This resort is now in its third generation of family ownership and operation, and one can easily see the... More

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Manitou Springs & Town-N -Country. Our room was very quiet & clean. We had a unit with a kitchen, which was very well stocked with appliances and utensils. Convenient to everything, yet it still felt like we were out of the city limits in the mountains. A very good deal at a very nice... More

Wonderfully clean, recently remodeled, nicely appointed. The owners clearly work very hard to keep this property clean and well maintained. I researched a ton of places before choosing this one and now that I've seen those others, I couldn't have picked a better place. Tucked away but close to everything. Cottage #7 is a one room, two queen with full... More

Loved this place! It's literally in the city of Manitou Springs but when you turn the corner....you feel like you are off in the woods. Literally had deer at our door daily. Our cabin #12 was next to a stream. Very clean, looked fairly recently updated interiors. They have a pool, hot tub, gas and charcoal grills, volley ball, basket... More

Just got back from a weekend stay here, the rooms are wonderful, clean and updated. The owners were so friendly and came over to talk to us to see how things were. We loved this little getaway right in the heart of everything. Would definitely recommend this to anyone having doubt...as I am a picky person and read all reviews.... More

This review is extremely overdue-We stayed at Town N Country in August, 2013. What a great place to stay. The hosts were incredibly wonderful, making us feel very comfortable. We had a great cabin, which was roomy and comfortable. We did not have a kitchen, but we did not need one. We had brought items from home, there was a... More

In late October we spent our last night in Colorado at Town-N-Country Cottages. Upon our arrival we were greeted by six deer who were lounging on the lawn in front of our cabin. It was obvious they liked the Town-N- Country as much as we did! Our cottage was huge, private and comfortable, with a bubbling brook just outside our... More

After a couple of nights in grubby uninspiring accommodation the Town n Country Cottages were a breath of fresh air ! Our three essentials of clean, comfortable and functional were fully met and exceeded. We had cabin 7 which has two large beds a settee and a rocker recliner in open plan with the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen... More
