We stayed here as it is located retry close to Pike's Peak. Our room was lovely and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. While staying here, a family of deer came within 20 feet of our room. They ate some apples off a tree on site and then went on their way. The hotel served a continental breakfast that was... More

My son and I stayed here while visiting Manitou Springs for a ride on the cog railway and a walk through Garden of the Gods. It was a great price for a short stay, although we felt that it might have been a little understaffed, with the woman working at the reception desk also needing to refill food and make... More

We found this Hotel by accident. I made a date error when booking a room at another hotel in the area and we ended up on Labor Day weekend without a place to stay for a night. The Magnuson was recommended by another hotel and we feel it was a very good choice. The staff was very considerate and accommodating.... More

First trip to Manitou Springs. The hotel was great. Staff was pleasant and knowledgable about the town. Our room was cleaned and restock. The view was amazing. But the hot tub was to hot. Hotel was a pleasant walk to down town.

My family spent one night while visiting the sites of Colorado. The price was great. The beds weren't very comfortable for us - might just be our personal preference on mattresses. These weren't as firm as we prefer. The room was clean and the breakfast was good as well. The hot tub appeared to be dirty - not sure if... More

We were surprised by the large room, the comfortable bed, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Room was cleaner than the condo we had just rented in Breckenridge. This is definitely not a swanky hotel and more like a motel, as our car was a foot from our room, but it was reasonably priced and made for a great... More

We stayed 3 days at the Magnuson Hotel in Manitou Springs. Price is very reasonable. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The place was CLEAN, and QUIET. They have a nice indoor pool that feels outdoorsy, and a hot tub. I used the laundry facilities twice, and both times they were clean. They are also inexpensive, and the dryer... More

The hotel is on the outskirts of town, so you can't walk into town, but there is a restaurant or two in walking distance. Our room was clean and updated. There are a lot of sites to see around this hotel, in fact you can walk to Garden of the Gods...a beautiful site to see. The breakfast was good too!

I stayed here for 5 days. Nice stay. Touristy little town- could walk to the main downtown area in 15 minutes. Clean rooms, okay breakfast of waffles, coffee, juice, toast and apples. Would liked to have seen more. Not good wifi connection to work out of the room.
