We were on our way to Pikes Peek but by the time we got there it was too late and we needed somewhere to stay. This is the first place we passed so we gave it a go. so glad we did. For cheap accommodation the service alone is OUTSTANDING!! the rooms are clean and comfortable and there was even... More

It was well worth the cheap price. No extra fees! Employees were very friendly and helpful and the water pressure was like a fire hydrant! 2 thumbs up! The rooms were a little outdated, but they did have smoking rooms.

It was a fine and relaxed stay, last night on a huge roadtrip through the west of the country. The wifi didn't work but maybe because I was at the far end from the reception building. Never mind, I still had some cellphone data to waste before flying out the next day. The motel could use revamp, but like this... More

We stayed at this hotel in late September right when the summer season was ending. It was a large room, larger than you would expect when looking at the motel from the road. It was HUGE! Beds extremely comfy too! We had a non smoking room and the room was not smoky smelling, but with people smoking outside, you might... More

Excellent motel to stay in if you are planning to walk around Manitou downtown. It was one of the best motel I stayed in. Staff was very friendly, it's near to downtown, near to Pikes Peak Cog rail, near to Garden of God, it seemed near to everything we wanted to see:). It's family owned, and those guys were good... Stayed here because to tired to look elsewhere.room was dated and the bathroom was very small.suggest go down the road a little further.there are quite a few to choose from.they are closer to restaurants and away from hussle of the Main Street which is very busy and pay parking.

We're sorry we didn't meet your expectations, but we keep the rates lower so the traveler has a choice. There are always nicer places but the traveler pays a nicer rate. Thank you for for staying with us though. Honestly, we do appreciate your business. More

We booked reservations weeks in advance to make sure we got no smoking rooms. I am an asthmatic and can not be anywhere near cigarette smoke. After contacting the less than friendly desk person we were given keys. One room was marked non smoking the other would gag a normal person just standing in the entrance. The best the desk... More

The family-owned Eagle Motel is a small motel located just off the main road through Manitou Springs, It's just on the outskirts of town, and very close to Gardens of the Gods. It's a great place to consider staying if you're looking for something basic and affordable. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and we had a very... More

Manitou Springs is a central location to most if not all of the area attractions. We thank you for pointing that out and thank you for staying with us. Maybe we'll meet again in the near future. It'll be our pleasure. More

Not modern or packing a large shower but just a great little motel, friendly staff clean & tidy, Myself being a motorsport fan it was great to walk outside & look up at the Pikes Peak Mountain Where they have been running the World Famous Hillclimb for 92 years.
