Room smells disgusting 4 cans of Lysol didn't help, place is Full of creepy freaks and druggies, I'm scared for my life I have never seen any thing like it, This whole town is full of homeless freaks this place should be closed by the health department

This is a no-frills place that's neighborhood friendly, clean, well located, and well priced. Weekly rate about $30/night?! With a micro and minifridge! The people are the best, the town is a walkable few blocks away. We'll go back in a second!

Me and a friend came in from Iowa to visit the beautiful pikes peak and other breathtaking sites. We were very pleased with the hospitality and friendliness that the staff provided at "Manitou Inn & suites" . The prices very good, also had a great view of the mountains from our window.
