Quaint historical family owned motel with cabins, stream, grassy areas. Close to every Pikes Peak attraction. Pet friendly. Quiet. Bonus deer feeding on the lawn in the morning. I enjoyed my stay and would return.

Five of us girl cousins needed a fun place to stay. The owners were absolutely wonderful, working with us and making our stay perfect. The kitchen was equipped with a coffee maker, coffee and everything else we needed, including nice wine glasses. The creek was right there in our front yard with grills and covered picnic area. I want to... More

You can't beat it for the price. It is in a great location. You can walk just up the road to downtown Manitou Springs, or take the free shuttle that runs all day. The rooms were clean. A bit dated, but for one night, it was well worth it. The owners are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Made last minute resos as we live in town for a date night and received the cottage/room we requested #12. They are pet friendly as we brought our dogs for a minimal fee we were on the end which is close to the creek and you can hear the creek along with the traffic but still nice. Room is a... More

We love it here! Mr. & Mrs. Heruth and family are very kind and work hard to keep the cottages updated. There is no air conditioning but we didn't need it with keeping the windows open and fans if needed. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants and best of all to balanced rock in Garden of the Gods. Best value... More

Confession up front: I am a sucker for a white cottage court with green grass and red lawn furniture....for a place owned by the same family for ages and ages, with a sweet patina of care and wear. This is Green Willow Cottages exactly. If you are going to get all bent out of shape about no place to sit... More

These cabins are very cute but not in the greatest shape. We went Memorial weekend and it was chilly. The only heat was a very small portable heater on an end table. Granted, the cabin wasn't huge, barely large enough for the double bed, but it was still too cold. The bathroom window nearly fell on my husband's head. He... More

We stayed at the motel with a group of friends that were attempting to ride their 60 year old vintage Heinkel scooters to the top of Pike's Peak. The cottages were small and quaint but had lots of personality and were very clean. Parking for our cars and scooters was located right by our doors. The family that runs this... More

My brother and I travelled from New Zealand in June to stay at the Green Willow Motel and to see the Pikes Peak Hill Climb. I can say that after a week we did not want to leave, the family are amazing idols who genuinely care about people and their stay. They provided us with comfortable beds and a place... More

If you are expecting luxury, new, or fancy this is not your place. If you want quiet, extremely friendly, and very accommodating people ---this is the place! We came here as guests and left as friends. Teri and Evie were simply the best. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. We had 3... More
