The Place is in walking distance to the Center of manitou springs, places have shade, the bathroom is very clean and invitingly decorated. We got a very warm welcome upon arrival and a los of information about the city.

We were very disappointed when arriving at this campground because of the description on the website. It’s basically a parking lot with hook ups and some tables. Yes there is a creek, but it doesn’t really add anything to the campground. The sites are very small and right next to each other. The only good thing is the bathrooms which... More

Have visited Manitou / Colorado Springs many times over yrs. & just found this gem last spring. We made sure we came back in our yearly trip south? The owner was busy yet stopped immediately when we pulled in. He parked us with such ease & precision we were astonished! He & his wife Margie are THE Nicest people that... More

The staff is great and very helpful. Sites are somewhat small as we had to park our car away from our trailer. Had full hook-ups. Local over the air tv was good, cell service was v. good. Park is very clean, and close to all attractions that the area has to offer. Careful when leaving as the park is on... More

The owner acts condescending and uptight. Park overall is small and sites are extremely close. Go to Garden of the Gods rv resort down the road - friendly staff, spacious sites and well maintained facilities.

This person became angry while attempting to back his trailer into his assigned site. He refused any assistance, and shouted profane insults at the owner. We invited him to camp elsewhere and refunded his deposit. We offer a comfortable and pleasant camping experience for families and couples that come to Manitou Springs to enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of our... More

We parked our camper here for three nights. We had Water, sewage and electric for $39 a night. Like so many private RV parks, the sites are closer together then what one would like but we had no privacy problems. We were parked by a busy road but the sound of the creek drowned out that noise and the owners... More

We stayed three nights and found the people very helpful and friendly. The Owner helped park the fifth wheel and that was amazing, it was done in a matter of minutes. Hookups were in good shape and the sites were reasonably level.

The owners/managers were very helpful. The gentleman met us at the drive way and took strict care in parking us in our 40' Motor home. We did not have a creek spot but now am glad as the highway runs right along that creek and was a bit noisy. Stayed two nights....rainy and cool. Lots to do around there --... More

This RV Park is in the perfect location for sightseers.. Just far enough in town to easily go to the area attractions and just far emough out to make day trips to Denver and the surrounding area. The stream running along the campground is so relaxing to back your camper up to and sit and enjoy. The staff are extremely... More

I loved the quiet surroundings in this campground - and the little creek running thru the property is very soothing, I would highly recommend the creekside spots. The campground is conveniently located close to everything Manitou Springs has to offer, and the staff was so courteous and helpful! We loved it, we'll definitely be back.
