Was excited for to come to CO the first time. First showers were cold then told sorry the pilot light went out. Have sign to limit 5 min showers and couldn't relax at all. The owner was always coming around the corner making you uncomfortable. Then saw the male owner go into female restrooms at all time of the day.... More

Park is clean and friendly. Walking trails to Garden of the Gods and around the campground. Lovely babbling creek along the trails. Only stayed one night but totally enjoyed the town of Manitou. Walking distance from rv park. Host and hostess were super friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

My wife and I could not have asked for a better stay. We have stayed at most of the other campgrounds in the area and this was the best. Chris & Margie along with their staff were outstanding. Their friendly hospitality was appreciated. The restrooms & showers were spotless. There is a creek on one side and a walking-biking trail... More

Our family of four (10 and 8 year old children) stayed a week in this park and enjoyed every minute of it. Owners greeted us upon arrival, backed us in and made sure everything was working properly. The friendly staff inside helped us find local attractions and made recommendations. Also gave us the scoop on the super handy FREE manitou... More

Thoroughly enjoyed the marvelous sound of the creek that was six feet from our bedroom window. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are immaculate and the pueblo style office/laundry/bathrooms building is a charming welcome. We love that there's a nice city park right next door for our six year old.

Not a children friendly camp. Good location to downtown Manitou Springs, but not worth the stay. Next time we will stay in Colorado Springs and come over to Manitou Springs for day. The cottonwood pollen falling from the trees limited us to eating inside, which who wants to eat inside RV when you camp? Also, both ladies stated that they... More

I would like to take the opportunity to clarify our Wifi policy. We are very sorry you feel we were not honest with you. Pikes Peak RV Park does not advertise WiFi as an amenity on our website or any of our promotional materials. We discontinued internet access to our park earlier this year and dropped our rates accordingly. Having... More

Awesome people. When we arrived they greeted us at the entrance, helped us back into our space and then helped us get everything set up. The park was very clean and well groomed . Bathrooms and showers were clean. We could not have asked for anything better. Friendly, friendly, friendly. 1st class. We definitely recommend this rv park.

This park offers a beautiful setting combined with great customer service. It is clean, convenient, relaxing and informal. This was our second stay in two years and won't be our last. It is also located right in the middle of all the wonderful attractions in the area...what's not to like?

I was greeted with a smile by owner Chris who helped me back my trailer into my site. I met his wife the next day. Very nice people and they have a great little RV park just a few minute walk to downtown Manitou Springs. They keep a clean park with nice amenities and fairly priced. A very pleasurable experience... More
