This RV Park is in the perfect location for sightseers.. Just far enough in town to easily go to the area attractions and just far emough out to make day trips to Denver and the surrounding area. The stream running along the campground is so relaxing to back your camper up to and sit and enjoy. The staff are extremely... More

I loved the quiet surroundings in this campground - and the little creek running thru the property is very soothing, I would highly recommend the creekside spots. The campground is conveniently located close to everything Manitou Springs has to offer, and the staff was so courteous and helpful! We loved it, we'll definitely be back.

Excellent service from the owners plus an in-town location right on the free trolley route. The campground is small but comfortable and the facilities are clean and in excellent condition. It would make an excellent home base for exploring the area. The free trolley takes you into Manitou (although its walking distance)and it's a short drive to Colorado Springs. Garden... More

The awesomeness begins when you pull into the park and see the quaint bridge over Fountain Creek and adobe-like park office beyond. And then it gets even better when you meet Chris and Margie who run the place with grace, professionalism and joy. Within moments you feel right at home. If Margie is busy helping someone else when you arrive,... More

We stayed here for two evenings and we were greeted by the owners who helped us park and get settled. We are first time RV travelers and the owner took time to tell us how to read our indicator panels and get hooked up. We got a creekside slip and it was so pleasant. While in the area err took... When we arrived the park looked quaint and well taken care of. It was small, actually the smallest park I have stayed at in all our travels. However we were greated with friendly staff. The owners were friendly and the guy who runs the park did a great job helping us get our 34' TT into the narrow slot by... More

Stayed here during our move to Washington. Great location for visiting pikes peak and other attractions. Owners are GREAT!!!. I have never had someone guide me to my site, help back in, level my RV, and help hook up. They do this for everyone. The area is tight, but this made accommodations for our second vehicle and cargo trailer. Highly... More

Spent 5 nights with our camping group (11 rv rigs)..management went out of their way to accomodate all of us!! Have not been to any camp ground where the owners on the premises were so attentive, friendly, and genuine to every and anyones needs or request... Highly recommend for a pleasant stay and we are certainly going to return!!

We just spent 3 nights here and had a lovely stay. The staff are very friendly and took that extra step to ensure our comfort. The facilities are clean and well kept. The bathrooms have three showers (nice and hot!) and changing areas and several toilet stalls, very clean. The park is small and the spaces very close together but... More

Pikes Peak RV Park greeted us like they truly appreciated our business. The park was clean and well maintained and Becky even called after we parked our trailer to make sure that we had everything we needed. We felt that our comfort was her primary concern. We were within walking distance of the shops and attractions in Manitou and had... More
