This mote'l doesn't deserve to be called a Best Western. It's more like a motel 6. Thin walls, uncomfortable bed. I usually love Best Western's and it is still one of my favorite hotel chains, but next time I stay in Manitou Springs, I'll stay at the super 8 next door. more

Everything about my stay here was great. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, even let me check out later than posted due to my trip to Pikes Peak on the nearby cog train. This was a convienent hotel just outside of Colorado Springs, but I woke up with at least 7 bug bites in the morning. I spoke to the front desk about it and they said a bug probably got in the room when we were bringing in our luggage. Not likely! The management refused to give us a refund-even partial. more
