This park has laundry, a store, and some of the cleanest and nicest restroom facilities that you will find in an rv park. They have a nice pool and hot tub too. It is located in a great location for easy access to the national park and the main roads to and from town. It is mostly gravel, so not... More

Everyone that worked at this RV park was incredibly friendly, the laundry was well-priced, the bathrooms were VERY nice and clean, the location to Mesa Verde NP was unbeatable, and there was a nice dog walk. It is a small, family-owned park and you can tell that the owners take great pride in maintaining a high quality of stay. We... More

We stayed here several years ago and remembered the grassy areas and walking trails for dogs to exercise after a long day in the RV -and it is just as good now. The staff were really welcoming and the whole place really well maintained. The bathrooms are great .Perfectly located for visiting Mesa Verde. Highly recommended.

Very near the park entrance. Short trip to Cortez or Durango. Yes, the sites are gravel and the new "full hookup" ones up the hill are pretty bare. There are trees and shade at the "partial hookup" sites behind the office. I'd suggest the further from the road, the better for noise reasons. Say 54 or 64. Park's WiFi was... More

We needed a place near the National Park and this place fit that requirement. We were traveling via motorcycle so the gravel parking lot was a bit of an issue, just had to be careful driving in and out. We arrived right after 7pm so the office was closed and it took us a few moments to understand our cabin... More

The site is austere, mostly gravel with few trees. We asked first if we could build a fire in our small weber, one of the staff told us it was ok, but we were told the next day it was forbidden! To be fair, it was in the brochure of lengthy rules which we hadn't read. We got in the... More

Closest RV resort to Mesa Verde National Park. Considering it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get THROUGH the park, having your RV spot close is really important. Laundry & bath house were clean which is important to us. We used the pool and the hot tub. We travel with a MiFi device so don't rely on park internet,... More

What can be said other than this is how a campground should be run. Amazing bathrooms and showers. Delightful staff. Great, clean pool and spa area. Laundry area clean and open 24 hrs. Good sites for rv's and for popups like us. Sites are not right on top of each other. Tenters, should know the tent area might be a... More

I was ready to give this place a 5 until I used up almost all my battery trying to get the wifi to connect. Their website lists this place as having 7 wifi towers so the signal should be great...not so by a longshot. Since AT&T does not get a signal here, internet is very important to us when traveling.... Don't get me wrong the place is great for everything else, clean, neat, close to national park etc as every one else stated. However, If it is cool enough to leave the windows open the road noise is constant. The gravel pull through sites are fine although I have a low back end and dragged going into 2 different sites...
